ServiceNow (HRSD) – Senior Functional Analyst

Work you will do

As ServiceNow functional expert, you are the Subject Matter Expert in ITIL process implementation over ServiceNow and have a keen interest across the ServiceNow platform. You will support practitioners across Europe and work with colleagues in multiple locations.

To make most of this opportunity, we are looking for evidence of strong grip on the following skills:

  • Product & Service Management – You are responsible for not only the products you support but also the IT service they provide to the firm. This means you need to have an awareness of KPIs, metrics, and understanding how and when to escalate issues when required.
  • Product Ownership – Understand what Agile is, be able to structure work in an Agile form; understand its artefacts and methodologies. Depth of knowledge required will depend based on which products you are working on.

Requisite Core Skills / Experience:

  • Experience working in ServiceNow projects
  • Capable of working in waterfall and agile methodologies.

 

Good to have skills:

Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore

Work hours: 11AM to 8PM 

Qualifications 

·       Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology 

·       6 to 8 years’ experience in Service Now Configuration
