USI NSE supporting Leadership & Operations Hub –Analyst
This role is ideal for a proactive Analyst or equivalent professionals with an agile mindset, capable of supporting a wide range of operational and strategic initiatives that meet senior stakeholders’ scrutiny. Reporting to the Hub Assistant Managers and Manager, this role will be part of the core offshore hub delivering key tasks for the NSEC leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Support Execution:
- Support the execution of assigned business support tasks in areas such as analytics & reporting, budget monitoring, and general programme management.
- Develop executive-level reporting and management information (MI) by:
- Collecting and interpreting data from various internal and external sources.
- Developing and maintaining dashboards, databases, and reports, producing accurate MI to track performance.
- Analyzing data sets to identify trends and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Deriving themes from data to input into executive-level presentations, reports, and analysis.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and continuously monitoring and evaluating data quality to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Communication and Presentation Development:
- Develop communications and executive-level PowerPoint presentations in support of NSEC leadership operations.
- Prepare content for and support meetings with NSEC stakeholders, providing effective actions and summaries following each meeting.
Ad-Hoc Program Management and Strategic Analysis:
o Conduct ad-hoc discrete programme management tasks and strategic analyses as required by NSEC stakeholders.
o Keep abreast of NSE strategy and external trends to ensure content remains relevant, with input from NSE Executive teams and internal SMEs.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication to different audiences, including senior stakeholders.

- Experience juggling multiple priorities, delivering against aggressive deliverable timelines, and reporting on the status of multiple workstreams.
- Flair for creative problem-solving, flexibility to manage multiple projects, and prioritization of asks.

About the Team: The NSE Centre (“NSEC”) leadership teams comprises teams that support the NSE Executive leaders who are responsible for the strategic & operational management of the NSE member firm. The NSEC Leadership & Operations Hub team is part of a core offshore hub set up to support the NSEC leadership teams to ensure overall business operations. This includes both routine requirements to ensure business continuity, as well as ad hoc requirements that come up in response to key leadership attention areas. The Hub team will play a critical role in ensuring consistency of support whilst being agile to respond to immediate & urgent asks from the leaders.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree minimum, or equivalent.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in management consulting, business finance support, or equivalent role, preferably in a global organization.
- Technical Skills:
- High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and Word applications.
- Knowledge and working experience in other analysis tools like MS Access, MS Excel (macros), Tableau, PowerBI, R, and Python will be an added advantage.
