Position Summary
Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited is seeking a Senior Analyst to support endpoint and data security operations within the Endpoint and Data Security team. This role helps maintain and enhance controls across web proxy, certificate management, endpoint protection, device control, and data security platforms. The position works closely with member firm teams, stakeholders, and vendors to resolve incidents, support projects, and sustain platform health. The role is based in Hyderabad and supports an aligned shift schedule for the serving member firm.

- Managing incidents, requests, problem tasks, and service changes for endpoint and data security platforms in line with defined service levels
- Troubleshooting Secure Web Gateway, Cloud Access Security Broker, certificate, file transfer, device control, and endpoint protection issues, including root cause analysis and exception handling
- Administering certificate lifecycle activities, platform health checks, configuration updates, and compliance support across assigned security tools
- Coordinating with global teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues, support audits, remediate vulnerabilities, and maintain operational documentation
- Contributing to reporting, continual service improvement, and project delivery across Endpoint and Data Security managed platforms

Deloitte’s internal services professionals provide operational, technology, and business support that helps client-serving teams focus on delivering impact. Within this environment, the Endpoint and Data Security team supports infrastructure security operations across the member firm technology estate.
The Endpoint and Data Security team, part of Internal Client Services, manages and administers security applications and controls across web proxy, endpoint security, data security, and certificate services. The Hyderabad team operates as an Extended Delivery Center supporting the serving member firm.
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India
Shift Timings: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST / 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST during UK daylight saving time
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology
- 3+ years of experience in endpoint security, data security, or infrastructure security operations
- Experience administering Secure Web Gateway (SWG) and Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) platforms
- Experience managing web traffic controls, including URL filtering, content filtering, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) inspection, and malware detection
- Experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), certificate lifecycle management, and code-signing or web SSL certificate administration
- Experience supporting endpoint security platforms, including Advanced Threat Protection (ATP), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), and Universal Serial Bus (USB) device control
- Experience using Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes and IT service management tools such as ServiceNow
Preferred:
- Experience collecting and reviewing HTTP Archive (HAR) logs, browser developer tool output, or packet captures for troubleshooting
- Experience supporting managed file transfer, Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP), or ShareFile services
- Experience supporting security audits, vulnerability remediation, or penetration test follow-up activities
- Experience with infrastructure technologies such as networking, Active Directory, servers, databases, or storage platforms
- CompTIA Security+ certification
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3 or v4 certification
