Role description
The NSE CISO Office Associate role is an pivotal in supporting the delivery of the objectives of the NSE CISO Office. The NSE CISO Office Associate will actively engage with senior stakeholders and operational security professionals across the NSE Geographies and Deloitte Global landscape. The role focuses on supporting the management of all operational activities of the NSE IS organisation. Coordination and alignment of security initiatives, overseeing the local implementation of security capabilities, supporting strategy, facilitating governance reporting and activities to assist the NSE CISO and each GEO CISO to deliver the Cyber Next Generation program.

Work shift Timings: 02:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- · The NSE CISO Office Associate will actively support and report directly to the Head of the NSE CISO Office & Information Security (InfoSec) Services.
- support and provide insight and advice to the Head of the NSE CISO Office, Deloitte NSE Leadership and other relevant stakeholders.
- · Deliver consistent communication across and outside the programmes to achieve buy-in, where required, and awareness of the activities. Create a holistic and transparent overview of the risks, issues and actions, benefits and changes impacting specific functions/teams ensuring timely and appropriate follow-up.
- · Support in the development of a cohesive strategy and execution of the NSE CISO Office.
- · Support the NSE IS talent and resourcing strategy including the training and learning curriculum.
- · Support and facilitate a monthly NSE CISO All Hands for all members in InfoSec.
- Provide logistical support for meetings, workshops and conferences; coordinate the agenda’s, notes and actions to ensure seamless, timely delivery and expectation management with all stakeholders.
- · Assist the Head of the NSE CISO Office to plan the required personnel and ensure resources are allocated to successfully deliver both projects and BAU activities.
- · Monitor timely and consistent execution of the implementation of the NSE IS target operating model, report on progress, issues and risks and provide project management support for related activities.
Qualifications
- 4-8 years of significant experience in program/project management related to IT/information security.
- Strong management, communicational and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in stakeholder management, coordination, communications and reporting across a complex stakeholder structure.
- Ability to prioritise and balance multiple projects, activities and tasks.
- Experience in financial budgeting and sourcing and training strategies.
- Professional certification such as PRINCE2, PMP/PgMP or other relevant project management methodologies.
Preferred Certifications:
· MS Office Suite, Power BI,
· ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation
· CISMP
