Role:
We seek an RPA Operations & Support team member to uphold the reliability and efficiency of our RPA solutions. This role involves monitoring performance, managing incidents, implementing changes, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure our RPA initiatives deliver optimal value to the organization.
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive mindset geared towards continuous improvement.
Work you will do.
· Deliver systematic reports detailing bot performance, efficiency metrics, and encountered issues, accompanied by actionable improvement recommendations.
· Stay abreast of the latest RPA technological and methodological advancements to continuously refine the effectiveness of RPA initiatives.
· Provide insights on optimizing RPA deployment to enhance workflow efficiency and operational throughput.
· Educate junior staff on effective RPA bot interactions, including troubleshooting techniques and manual intervention protocols.
· Forge and standardize best practices within the operations team to elevate the RPA program's maturity.
· Spearhead initiatives aimed at the perpetual improvement of RPA systems, focusing on boosting efficiency, minimizing errors, and augmenting user satisfaction.
· Strategically manage resource allocation, including team capabilities, to amplify the productivity and impact of RPA solutions.
· Enhance integration and alignment between RPA teams and other business units to ensure cohesive business process management.
· Conceptualize and implement comprehensive test strategies that verify the robustness and reliability of RPA solutions.
· Efficiently allocate and oversee testing resources and personnel to optimize the testing lifecycle.
· Design and develop intuitive, informative dashboards that effectively represent operational data and performance metrics.
· Work closely with product owners to design and review operational processes for newly developed bots, ensuring strategic alignment and operational efficacy.
· Maintain robust communication with Operational Support Teams (OST) and key stakeholders to align RPA activities with broader business needs.
Key Skills
· Advanced proficiency in leading RPA tools like UI Path Orchestrator, including job monitoring, scheduling, queues, asset management, insights reporting, SharePoint customization, and form building.
· Strategically aligns technological solutions with business objectives.
· Demonstrated leadership and superior communication skills for managing teams and engaging stakeholders.
· Expertise in overseeing large-scale projects with a deep understanding of project management methodologies.
· Utilizes advanced BI tools for actionable dashboards and reports.
· Keeps abreast of industry trends and regulations.
· Collaborates across teams for timely insights.
· Mentors’ junior analysts for skill enhancement.
· Crafts clear data visualizations for stakeholders.

Experience & Qualifications
- Any bachelor’s or master’s Degree/ MBA with 3+ years of experience.
Work location: Hyderabad
Shift timings: 9 AM to 6 PM | 11 AM to 8 PM
