Join a team that works on technical implementation of the requirements gathered from business for SuccessFactors. Get a chance to work with the product team, internal stakeholders to understand, gather information, synthesize findings into business / functional requirements and design documents. Act as a point of contact for small enhancements & defect fixes.
Work you’ll do
As a team member, you will
· Perform all the development activities including Dev, Unit Test, Deployment etc
· Document current and To-be Business processes and Provide assistance in developing strategies and solutions
· Establish and clearly document requirements and develop use cases
· Create and refine preliminary design / mockup of new functionality and develop flow charts, functional diagrams and descriptions to communicate application design specifications for projects, as required
· Serves as the conduit between the Business stakeholders and the software development team.
Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Our IT & Systems team works behind the scenes and is essential to the Deloitte organization. Our forward-thinking team members have the analytical skills needed to parse mountains of data and stellar communications skills needed to present research, discovery, and recommendations in a logical and easily understandable way. Our technologists provide IT infrastructure support to develop custom enterprise applications.
In addition the team develops and maintains solutions built on varied technologies like Siebel, PeopleSoft Microsoft technologies and Lotus Notes. The setup has various groups which provide the best of the breed solutions by following a streamlined system development methodology and comprises of groups like Usability, Application Architecture, Development, and Quality Assurance, and Performance.
Qualifications Required
· Computer science graduate
· 4 – 5 years of relevant work experience
Technical Skills
· At least 4-5 years’ experience in business analysis, requirements management and
SuccessFactors Talent.
· At least two full life-cycle SAP SuccessFactors integration implementation.
· experience on SuccessFactors integration with CPI, Integrated with third party system, SuccessFactors Integration center system and SuccessFactors Intelligent service center.
· Experience SuccessFactors modules (Recruitment/Employee Central), end to end integrations including requirements gathering (functional specifications), configuration design, configuration, and testing is preferred.
· Responsible for creating documentation including requirement User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Feature Description PowerPoint decks, Process Flows and Analysis Models, Journey Maps, Wireframes and User Guides.
· Should manage the Product Backlog for a Product, working with the onsite BSA and Engagement Manager to prioritize requirements.
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
