Work you’ll do
The key job responsibilities include the following:
You will strengthen our Business Applications Team. This team provides day-to-day practical support to our accountants, tax specialists and lawyers in the use of our 'business applications'.
- As a help desk assistant, you are responsible for answering informative, functional and technical questions from our internal clients (accountants and tax specialists) regarding software applications via ServiceNow and/or by telephone. You analyse the problem and search for solutions, together with your colleagues if needed.
- You provide support and follow-up of standard business processes, and you are involved in project follow-up.
- You oversee uniform software use and enforce the use of internal guidelines.
- You register reported problems, and you are co-responsible for taking initiatives to increase client satisfaction.
- You assist in the quality control of internally developed tools and applications including testing so that our internal clients can perform their work correctly and on time.
- as well as of our internal team guidelines.
While performing these different activities, you will gradually acquire a broad knowledge of our tools and applications.
The team
The Shared Services team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization in Belgium with a wide variety of capabilities like financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing and IT services.
Location: Hyderabad
Work shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- You are fluent in English, both written and by telephone.
- You have a thorough knowledge of basic PC software, like Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams….
- You can work independently, plan ahead and are flexible in adapting your schedule for urgent assignments.
- You are solution and customer oriented, with great perseverance.
- You are eager to learn, conscientious, stress resistant and have a positive attitude.
- You are an initiator and a real team player.
Preferred:
- You have an affinity with the Accountancy world.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow, Exact Online and Silverfin is a plus.
- Some help desk experience is a plus.
