Employee Central Assistant Manager— Talent Services—Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
The Deloitte Talent Services team is an exciting & challenging Talent Operations services team with a strong focus on service excellence and continuous improvement, where we strive to support and exceed expectations for all clients. This role provides operations support and specifically provides services to our clients. This role is responsible for the effective execution of Talent processes, maintenance, and data integrity of core talent data.
Work you will do
As a Talent Services - Employee Central Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for:
· Leading and managing the employee central team, ensuring effective execution of Talent processes.
· Acting as a functional expert in HR operations, especially employee lifecycle events, managing complex tasks, and providing guidance to the team.
· Managing employee lifecycle projects in collaboration with onshore teams, sharing valuable insights on process and people situation to enable better decision making, and ensuring timely and successful execution.
· Provide suggestions, implementation & testing support on SAP Successfactors (EC module) and ServiceNow
· Managing KPIs effectively and driving changes
· Should display strong client first mindset and proactively identifying and addressing business requirements & opportunities, raise potential issues/process pain points, escalating as necessary and suggesting suitable business solutions
· Providing valuable proactive insights on resource allocation, process opportunities, and risks to Talent services lead to optimise team performance
· Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships with onshore teams, offshore teams, and other member firms Talent colleagues
· Overseeing people management activities, including regular check-ins, snapshots, and feedback collection.
· Supporting Talent Services lead in driving operational excellence in team, Cross member firm collaborations and business development
· Assistance in designing initiatives for team’s development in terms of quality, learning, engagement, impact and
building positive environment.
Work location: Hyderabad
Shift timings: 6.30 AM to 3.30 PM The team
The “Talent CoE” team at Hyderabad supports a wide variety of capabilities like payroll, HR Admin services, Resource Management support, Executive Admin and Global Mobility services. In addition, we have other sub-teams which provide services related to Talent Operations services and Excellence. Talent Services manages the life cycle and non-lifecycle transactions for the employees of client and ensures seamless employee experience from onboarding until exit.

Qualifications required
· Bachelor’s or Post Graduate degree with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in HR Shared Services environment.
· Strong end users Knowledge of SAP Success Factors EC module and ServiceNow (SNOW)
· Experience of ServiceNow Ticketing tool and knowledge on request designing.
· Preferred, if exposed to SNOW and SAP integrated systems and prior SME experience in system/process transitions projects
