Employee Listening Assistant Manager – Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
About The Role:
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our firmwide employee listening strategy at Deloitte.
This role is responsible for the administration, oversight and analysis of Deloitte’s employee listening portfolio which covers rolling out firmwide employee experience surveys and managing employee lifecycle survey moments such as onboarding and exit surveys. Working closely with the Employee Listening Manager, this role will be the domain expert on Deloitte’s listening strategy and help to provide insights and analysis back to key stakeholders and business leaders. This role will be instrumental in ensuring employee listening is capturing rich feedback across the employee lifecycle to help enhance our employee’s experience.
Work you’ll do:
As the Employee Listening Assistant Manager, you will be accountable for:
- Administer the ongoing delivery of employee listening touch points such as our firmwide Engagement surveys, onboarding surveys and exit surveys, including confirming questions, cadence, project timelines and analysis.
- Be a technical owner of our Qualtrics, Survey platforms, set up, update, and optimize surveys and dashboards, ensuring smooth implementation, permissions, governance and manage all required updates to the system. Your expertise in survey methodology and analysis will drive best practice recommendations and help translate feedback into strategic action for business leaders.
- Conduct analysis on survey results, collate and link insights across listening moments for Executive result packs and provide expertise and advice to stakeholders on listening best practices.
- Managing the governance of the employee listening program, including survey methodology, question banks, tech platform oversight and survey result access.
- Build strong relationships with both our internal and external stakeholders including survey platform providers, Comms, IT, Talent Analytics and our HR Business Partner teams.
Key Skills Required:
- Experience in executing employee listening portfolio’s or similar (Employee Engagement survey, Voice of the Customer, NPS survey, Onboarding and/or Exit Survey)
- Experience in Qualtrics or a similar survey platform tool
- Experience managing diverse stakeholder requirements and preferences in strategy, survey design, reporting, communication and execution
- Strong knowledge of survey/research design methodology and ability to analyse and communicate results
- Strong Excel skills with advanced level – look ups, shortcuts etc.
- Strong communication, with the ability to work across teams and levels including working with diverse set of stakeholders such as Talent, IT, external stakeholders and data analytics
- Experience managing firm wide projects and timelines
- Strong interpersonal and ability to communicate well at any level.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to operate independently
- Strong administrative skills and excellent self-organization and time management
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong time management skills – ability to work to timeframes and work on multiples activities at once
- Able to work under pressure and ensuring to meet the business deadlines
Qualifications Required:
· Bachelor’s or Post Graduate degree with 7 to 8 years of relevant experience in HR i.e., Organisational/Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, Business, etc.)

The “Enterprise Solutions” team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization in Australia with a wide variety of capabilities categorized into skilled based CoE - Talent, Finance, Quality & Risk, Growth, Reporting & Analytics, and IT services.
The “Enterprise Solutions” are divided into sub-teams. Talent services comes under Talent CoE which manages the life cycle and non-lifecycle transactions for the employees of DTT Australia and ensures a seamless employee experience from onboarding until exit.
