Analyst - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
The position of Talent Services Analyst is a member of the EDC Talent Services team and reports to the Talent Services Assistant Manager. This role provides administrative support to the client, Deloitte Australia and specifically provisions services for the Australian Learning function within Talent. This role requires a proactive approach, a high level of attention to detail, taking responsibility for multiple actions and activities within deadlines. It is essential the holder of this role maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal and departmental matters and correspondence.
Work you’ll do:
This role has primary responsibility for the co-ordination of the key processes within the Deloitte
Australia Chartered Accountancy (CA)program including:
Enrolment Procedure
- Advise candidate base on the enrolment dates for upcoming modules (via. Yammer post)
- Create Saba courses and classes as per the CA ANZ and CASM dates
- Update Team Sites page with CASM information
- Create MS Forms Survey
- Review enrolment reports received from CA ANZ and analyze for accuracy, identifying and flagging any
- anomalies with the AU CA Consultant.
- Create a Master report for enrolments data by using headcount, service now and terminations report
- Email the candidates with study support selection process/eligibility criteria/service now approval

- Upload the Master report to MS Teams for leadership review
Study Support Procedure
- Review Service Now status until the CASM deadline date
- Ensure that selections report is sent to CASM on or before the deadline date
- Place a textbook order with the vendor
- Process Swift invoices for CASM and textbooks within 5 business days from the date the invoices are
- updated on Swift
- Update Masters with attendance information from CASM
- Close/deliver Saba classes on time post auditing the DLC report
Results procedure
- Audit the CA ANZ results (from CA ANZ site) report to identify any discrepancies
- Update the Master report with result information using headcount and terminations
- Create results data for each Business Unit and share the results information on
- the following business day from the day results released to the firm
Failure procedure
- Send fail procedures and Did Not Attend (exam) emails to each candidate’s Coach and Talent team
- separately to maintain confidentiality.
- Recognition procedure
- Prepare Merit list PPT and share the data to the stakeholder
Other responsibilities
- Update Master report for each of the respective module with e-claims data
- Merge the Master report as per each Term at the end of supplementary results and for the entire year
- at the end of the year
- Answer the CA queries inbox with the AU timings to avoid dela
- Reporting activities such as downloading scheduled reports, creating and editing reports, reporting request triaging

The team
The “Enterprise Solutions” team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization in Australia with a wide variety of capabilities categorized into skilled based CoE - Talent, Finance, Quality & Risk, Growth, Reporting & Analytics, and IT services.
The “Enterprise Solutions” are divided into sub-teams. Talent services comes under Talent CoE which manages the life cycle and non-lifecycle transactions for the employees of DTT Australia and ensures a seamless employee experience from onboarding until exit.

- Able to work under pressure and ensuring to meet the business deadlines
- Ability to adapt to the process changes
Qualifications Required:
· Bachelor’s or Post Graduate degree with 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in HR or learning administration
Preferred
- Knowledge on CAANZ
