You will be an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with the ability to interpret business functional and non-functional requirements to deliver complex solution designs that can be implemented by the technical teams. You must have the low-level design, business and industry skills that enable you to work collaboratively with the wider technical and business teams to deliver overall solution(s). You will be a team player that provides technical guidance and support to your assigned projects and the wider IT community. You should have the ability to identify potential tasks that can be delegated to the Technical Architects in the team.
You will be responsible for ensuring all solution architectures in your purview are architecturally sound, fit for purpose and technically deliverable within the context of available people, process, and technology.
Work you’ll do
In this role you will:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
- Design end-to-end architecture for Salesforce implementations, including integrations with other systems.
- Develop data models, process flows, and technical specifications.
- Strong systems thinker who uses logic to analyze options, and articulate trade-offs when evaluating the residual risks.
- Guide and mentor development teams on Salesforce best practices.
- Ensure adherence to architectural standards, data security, and compliance requirements.
- Review technical deliverables for quality and alignment with the solution design.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Oversee the configuration, customization, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
- Support testing, training, and change management activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during project execution.
- Stay updated on Salesforce platform releases and new features.
- Recommend enhancements and optimizations to existing Salesforce environments.
- Collaborate with the Architecture community (Enterprise, Cloud and Security) and other stakeholders (e.g. Data Privacy, Product Owners, relevant Governance bodies, etc) to ensure solutions align with business and technology strategy; or seeking and agreeing (minimal) dispensations to highlight technical debt and/or business/operational risks.
- Interface with internal and external subject matter experts (SMEs) and application owners across Business lines, Operations, Development teams, Business Change in the designs and migration of IT applications.
- Identify any risks or issues and ensure they are managed appropriately.

Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore
Work shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
· Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology
Essential
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
· 8–12 years of total professional experience, including at least 4+ years of hands-on experience working with the Salesforce platform (such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
· Proven experience in solution architecture and system integration.
· Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.
· Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect) highly preferred.
· Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
· Experience with data migration, ETL tools, and integration patterns and tools (MuleSoft, Informatica, REST/SOAP APIs).
· Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Desirable:
· Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
· Background in enterprise architecture frameworks.
· Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce.
· Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare) is a plus.
