Analyst– CRM-Marketing Engagement Team - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
A Marketo Analyst is responsible for managing, optimizing, and analyzing marketing automation campaigns using the Marketo platform. This role supports marketing and sales teams by ensuring effective campaign execution, data integrity, and actionable insights to drive business growth.
Work you’ll do
As a part of the CRM-Marketo team, you will:
- Full end-to-end ownership of marketing automations campaigns briefed by our Growth Marketing stakeholders. This includes understanding, planning, building, and executing email marketing communications and marketing automation campaigns using Marketo.
- Configure the marketing automation platform to create additional campaign components, such as mailing lists, automated flows, web forms, and personalization elements within the campaign assets.
- Critique logic and understanding complex, multi-faceted campaigns, building and structuring interlinked programs within the marketing automation platform.
- Conduct quality assurance on all aspects of the finished campaign, built in line with defined processes.
- Generate email performance reports, landing page performance reports, and link performance reports in Marketo, and share key metrics with stakeholders.
- Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders from campaign management and the onshore team to obtain approvals. This may involve managing client amendments, answering client queries, timely communication around project processes, risks, and concerns, and running additional quality assurance processes as required.
- Propose strategic tactics to stakeholders to support enhanced email marketing success.
- Compose, negotiate, prioritize, and manage project deliverables with stakeholders as needed.
- Educate and enable the business to understand working processes. Introduce the importance of our Global Salesforce CRM and the strength of insights gained from marketing-focused reporting.
- Understand data validation and analysis, and work collaboratively across the team to enhance processes, data hygiene, and compliance.
- Take a project management role in executing project-level workstreams, from developing test scripts and managing execution to scoping and holding the project team accountable for final deliverables. Lead stakeholder socialization of project outcomes to support a shift in mindset and enhance how marketers use functionality/tactics to improve our go-to-market approaches.
- Stay updated on marketing and product changes, be active within Marketo user groups, and provide feedback insights to the team to support strategic direction for future annual plans. Challenge existing functionality to continuously improve our marketing efforts.
- Provide key campaign reporting metrics to the project team as required.

The team
The USI BSO team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization at the NSE level with a wide variety of capabilities, such as financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative services and helpdesk support, marketing, and IT services.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, B. Tech/B.E., or related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with any marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Eloqua, SFMC, etc.).
- Market-Certified Professional or any other relevant Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) certification is required.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel - sorting, filtering, basic formulas, Vlookup, Marketo Analytics, etc.).
- Experience with any CRM platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, or HubSpot.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred:
- Experience with HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization.
- Knowledge of GDPR and other data privacy regulations.
- Knowledge of Photoshop.
- Basic knowledge of Power Bi (Basic DAX functions)
