USI ServiceNow Solution Architect, Deputy Manager / Manager NSE Growth
We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and visionary ServiceNow Solution Architect. You will be responsible for ensuring all solution architectures in your purview are architecturally sound, fit for purpose and technically deliverable within the context of available people, process, and technology, actively supporting both the Bidding the Delivery processes.
As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of ServiceNow solutions across NSE. You will bridge the gap between complex business needs and technical solutions by designing and delivering robust ServiceNow architectures that align with strategic objectives and enable transformative business outcomes.
Work you’ll do
In this role you will:
· Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and best practices, supporting Sales and delivery team across the NSE regions.
· Translate business requirements into technical solutions using ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
· Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, roadmaps, and documentation.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and project managers to gather requirements and define solution scope.
· Present architectural solutions and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Oversee ServiceNow configuration, customization, and integration efforts.

· Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
· Conduct code and design reviews to maintain quality and compliance.
· Establish and enforce ServiceNow governance, standards, and best practices.
· Stay current with ServiceNow releases and new features, advising on adoption and impact.
· Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on ServiceNow development and architecture.
· Lead knowledge transfer sessions and create technical documentation.
· Have a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
· Actively collaborating with the NSE Alliance leadership team and all the NSE Geographies and major stakeholders.

Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore
Work shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
· Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (master’s preferred).
- 8–12 years of total professional experience with ServiceNow, including at least 4 years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow Architectural Design (such as Service Cloud, etc.).
- Experience creating architectural diagrams, technical documentation, and solution blueprints.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and core platform capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request), ITOM, HRSD, CSM, Creator and others.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external 3rd party systems using REST/SOAP web services, MID Server, JDBC, LDAP, SSO, and other protocols.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and configuration.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow governance, platform standards, and best practices.
- Familiarity with cross-platform workflows to unify data and logic across ServiceNow Applications
- Experience establishing and enforcing development and deployment standards
- ServiceNow certifications
- Mandatory: Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer.
- Optional: Certified Technical Architect
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable:
· Experience with Agile methodologies and project management.
· Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.
· Demonstrated leadership in previous ServiceNow implementations
· Familiarity with AI technologies, within or externally to ServiceNow Solutions
