RPA Developer - Senior Analyst - - 340108

Position Summary

We are seeking an RPA Developer - Senior Analyst with experience in automation development, UiPath, and supporting infrastructure. This role will design, build, and maintain robotic process automation and AI-enabled automation solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and business outcomes. The role also supports the infrastructure that enables these solutions, including orchestration, databases, and integrated technologies. The ideal candidate brings hands-on UiPath experience, knowledge of automation environments, and exposure to AI use cases within enterprise workflows.

Work you'll do

As an RPA Developer - Senior Analyst on the RPA team, you will be responsible for…

Designing, developing, maintaining, and implementing RPA and AI-enabled automation solutions using UiPath and integrated technologies
Analyzing business processes with business and technology teams to assess automation feasibility and identify use cases for AI capabilities
Configuring solutions based on process design documents and solution design documents, including document understanding, machine learning, and generative artificial intelligence components where applicable
Supporting RPA platform operations, including robot monitoring, environment updates, issue resolution, handover activities, and change control
Managing infrastructure dependencies for automation solutions, including UiPath Orchestrator, servers, databases, and network configurations
Performing unit testing, validating deployed components, and providing technical support for production automation workflows

The team

Our Technology team provides client service through automation, infrastructure, and digital enablement capabilities. The team works with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve processes and support scalable solutions. Team members help deliver automation and AI-enabled solutions that align with business objectives and operational needs.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, or equivalent degree
3+ years of experience in information technology, automation projects, integration projects, or automation development
2+ years of experience supporting UiPath Orchestrator, databases, and integrated automation technologies
Advanced UiPath certification, such as UiPath Advanced Developer
Experience with UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, PowerShell, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Edge, SQL Server, web services, Hypertext Markup Language, Representational State Transfer application programming interfaces, and Excel macros
Experience delivering automation across web, desktop, Citrix, Excel, Portable Document Format, image, or SAP environments
Experience applying AI-enabled automation capabilities such as document understanding, generative artificial intelligence, machine learning models, or workflow orchestration in enterprise solutions

Preferred:

Experience documenting business process requirements using Promapp, Excel, Visio, or Unified Modeling Language tools
Experience with Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure
Experience with Microsoft Power Automate
Experience with version control or configuration management tools such as Team Foundation Server or Azure DevOps
Experience with generative artificial intelligence, agentic artificial intelligence, or intelligent automation use cases in enterprise environments
Experience identifying automation or AI adoption opportunities to improve scalability, resilience, or business value
