RPA Developer - Senior Analyst

Position Summary

We are seeking an RPA Developer - Senior Analyst to design, develop, and support robotic process automation solutions using UiPath. This role combines automation development with infrastructure awareness to help ensure stable, scalable, and efficient RPA operations. The position will work across business and technology teams to assess automation opportunities, build solutions, and support production environments. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with UiPath, automation lifecycle activities, and the technologies that support enterprise RPA deployments.

Work you'll do

As an RPA Developer - Senior Analyst on the RPA team, you will be responsible for:

Designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining robotic process automation solutions using UiPath
Analyzing business processes with business and technology teams to assess automation feasibility and configure processes based on process design documents and solution design documents
Supporting robotic process automation business-as-usual activities, including handover activities, updates to UiPath environments, and day-to-day robot operations
Managing and optimizing the infrastructure that supports robotic process automation deployments, including servers, databases, network configurations, and UiPath Orchestrator environments
Performing unit testing, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support to end users and team members

The team

Our Technology team provides exceptional client service and works to build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. Our team members focus on what’s possible and guide clients to opportunities while considering their business culture, organizational structure, resources, and capabilities.

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM.

Qualifications

Required:

3+ years of experience in information technology, automation projects, or integration projects
2+ years of experience in information technology infrastructure management, including UiPath Orchestrator, databases, and integrated technologies
3+ year of experience in robotic process automation or automation development
Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, or equivalent degree
Advanced certification in UiPath, such as UiPath Advanced Developer
Experience with PowerShell, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Edge, SQL Server, web services, HyperText Markup Language, REST application programming interfaces, and Microsoft Excel macros.
Ability to travel 0%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred:

Experience capturing business process requirements using tools such as Promapp, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Visio, or Unified Modeling Language tools
Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure
Experience with web, desktop, Citrix, Microsoft Excel, Portable Document Format, image, or SAP automation
Experience with version control or configuration management tools such as Team Foundation Server or Azure DevOps
Experience with Power Automate
Experience with generative artificial intelligence or agentic artificial intelligence
