Senior Business Analyst ITS Project Management Office - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

Work you’ll do.

As a part this team, you will:

  • Function as a Senior Business Analyst, driving transformation and global delivery (offshoring) initiatives by ensuring strategic alignment, adherence to project timelines, and the highest quality standards.
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for diverse stakeholders.
  • Map current and future business processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and manage business analysis work plans and deliverables across the project lifecycle.
  • Engage and manage stakeholders, facilitating workshops and user acceptance testing (UAT).

·       Leverage AI tools to enhance process analysis, automation, and decision-making.

  • Apply critical analysis to evaluate requirements, propose solutions, and identify risks.
  • Build strong relationships with consultants, leadership, and external partners.
  • Set and manage expectations on deliverables, scope, and process changes.
  • Deliver business analysis activities using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Operate independently, taking ownership of deliverables with minimal supervision.
  • Foster a collaborative team culture and mentor junior analysts.
  • Support continuous improvement by enhancing BA CoE processes and applying lessons learned.

Work Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 06.30 AM to 03.30 PM

The Team:

              This BA CoE is responsible for undertaking business analysis activities on projects and programs which are managed within the Information Technology Services (ITS) Project Management Office (PMO) Portfolio, to ensure delivery of project goals to agreed schedule and quality.

Qualifications:

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years as a Business Analyst, delivering end-to-end business analysis on transformation and offshoring projects.
  • Experience working in a professional services environment and willingness to learn industry-specific practices

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Strong understanding of business systems and technology, both strategically and operationally.
  • Proven skill in analyzing, mapping, and optimizing complex business processes in line with industry best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with process mapping and collaboration tools such as Miro and Microsoft Visio for documenting workflows and facilitating workshops.

·       Experience in leveraging AI tools to enhance process analysis, automation, and decision-making.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and the ability to make informed recommendations based on data.
  • Awareness of security trends, tools, and techniques, with the ability to communicate risks and mitigation strategies to stakeholders (desirable).

Project & Delivery Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality outcomes within tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and innovative mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to staying current with industry trends and best practices (desirable).

Communication & Interpersonal Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to facilitate workshops and present complex information clearly.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to develop and deliver impactful presentations to senior stakeholders and project teams.
  • Effective at engaging, negotiating, and building productive relationships with diverse stakeholders, including acting as a liaison between business and technical teams.

Education & Certifications

·       Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (essential).

·       IIBA CBAP/CCBA or equivalent business analysis certification (desirable).
