As a part this team, you will:
As our ITS Team Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the assets in ITS across our national Deloitte offices.
Your primary role will be to coordinate the logistical management of the Deloitte hardware fleet, including but not limited to.
· Preparing reports to assist with the coordination of stock accuracy.
· Reviewing asset stock takes reports and resolving discrepancies.
· Involvement in the procurement and secure disposal of hardware.
· Administering Software Asset Management / Licensing.
· Identifying & remediating asset status discrepancies.
· Ensuring that our core assets are recorded accurately in the asset management system.
· Involvement in asset recovery processes as well as end of month financial reporting.
· Ensure the national team are following outlined asset management processes.
· Assisting in our Laptop Refresh process by monitoring activity dashboards and working with site leads.
· Monitoring our ITS SC Admin incident queue and actioning/triaging incidents and requests.
· Administering our national unified backlog by reporting on initiatives and working with the team on updates.
Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 06.30 AM to 03.30 PM

You will be a part of a team that provides high quality, hands-on IT support to Deloitte Australia clients. The ITS department includes the support and resolution of hardware and software incidents & requests on our notebooks, mobile devices, wireless technologies, and network & printers.
Qualifications
Required:
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in Logistical Management, Team Assistant/Administration background.
· Strong attention to detail with a self-motivated and passionate mindset is essential.
· Proven experience providing end-to-end business analysis services on projects.
· Accuracy motivated with a passion for Logistics.
· Strong attention to detail with a self-motivated mindset.
· Excellent interpersonal skills enabling you to interact effectively with practitioners at all levels.
· Excellent communication skills with a professional manner interacting with diverse range of people (in-person & over the phone).
· Ability to analyze complex situations, identify key issues, and develop innovative solutions efficiently.
· Collaborating with colleagues, fostering a cooperative and productive team environment
· The ability to effectively manage request fulfilment within outlined timeframes meeting SLAs and KPIs.
· Adept at maintaining productivity and communication in remote settings.
· Experience in the Microsoft product suite, including Windows 11 and Office 365.
· Experience with the ServiceNow case management tool is desirable.
