Senior Analyst – ITS Automation CoE – Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

Automation CoE is a team within Information Technology Services servicing both internal and external facing business units for Deloitte Australia.

Work you’ll do

As a part this team, you will:

·       Work as an Automation developer in Senior Analyst role for the ITS Automation CoE and support Deloitte Australia with automation solutions to existing business processes.

·       Design the automation solution & supporting framework, including selection of integration technologies that support scalability, auditability, monitoring, and exception management.

·       Manage the build, test and deploy life cycle.

·       Work with Automation Portfolio Manager and Business Champions to develop automations.

·       Support implemented automations, delivering Level 3 support services.

·       Preparation and facilitation of user acceptance testing.

·       Maintain and monitor Event Management tool.

·       Understand automation infrastructure architecture.

·       Consistently ensuring deliverables meet stakeholders’ expectations directly or via team members.

·       Applying critical reasoning to define and manage requirements, review, refine and present solutions, issues, risks and implement corrective action with stakeholders in a collaborative manner.

·       Consults experts to develop innovative approaches to complex issues.

·       Developing effective working relationships with consultants, senior consultants & superiors in ITS, Deloitte practitioners and external parties such as vendors where required.

·       Leveraging agile project delivery experience to influence project planning and delivery to achieve project goals.

·       Demonstrate the ability to independently deliver without significant senior support/escalation.

·       Builds rapport with senior stakeholders to continually broaden and strengthen relationships.

·       Presence and confidence when presenting to senior stakeholders.

·       Drive and contribute to a positive and constructive culture.

·       Knowledge sharing and implementing opportunities for improvement from lessons learnt activities.

Work Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 06.30 AM to 03.30 PM

Qualifications

Required:

·       3+ years of experience designing and developing RPA and automation solutions.

·       Strong experience designing and implementing solutions incorporating robotic process automation tools that could include Automation Anywhere, Power Automate and UiPath.

·       Strong experience in delivering end-to-end technology solutions using RPA in senior role.

·       Understanding of database concepts and information models.

·       Experience with SQL (desirable)

·       Experience with Automated Testing (desirable).

·       Experience in Excel / VBA (desirable).

·       Knowledge of multiple computing languages.

·       Experience working with data (mapping, transformation) including understanding complex relationships and business rules.

·       Excellent Leadership skills and experience working in Application Development, Quality and Automation teams.

·       Experience with agile project delivery methodologies.

·       Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

·       Ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences.

·       Superior time and work/task management skills.

·       Ability to work through ambiguous situations.

·       Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to take initiative with minimal supervision.

·       Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize the most critical tasks.

·       Recognising when to escalate appropriately and to the right people.

·       Proven experience and skills in technial / business analysis using both waterfall and agile project delivery approaches.

·       Ability to research information, and analyse data to arrive at valid conclusions for recommending plans of action.

·       Self-motivated, pro-active, driven individual who can work both autonomously and in a team environment.

·       Strong in Communication (Oral and Written).

·       Being a self-starter, ability to work well in a team and autonomously.

·       Ability to mentor junior team members on automation technologies.
