Audit & Assurance – Analyst

A&A team is looking for highly motivated individuals with expertise in communications, attention to detail, positive attitude, presence and ability to interact across many levels to support delivery of projects with Deloitte member firms around the world.
Work you’ll do
As a part of this team, you will be responsible for:
· Work with business stakeholders to maintain and publish content to platforms
· Support Deloitte member firms globally in the use of content management tools
· Communicate with Global and member firm for projects including project planning, reporting
· Derive insights and develop client recommendations
· Enhance business understanding through learning programs
· Check for completeness & consistency of content (content management)
· Post content to the web portal as per the taxonomy, tag content, and archive content
· Derive insights and develop client recommendations
· Build/modify/edit pages based on the content provided by the stakeholders
· Collaborate with subject matter experts to design solutions
· Collaborate with US Senior Knowledge Managers and USI Knowledge Services colleagues in developing/maintaining knowledge repositories with aligned specific intellectual properties (internal and external)
· Have a thorough understanding of the brand guidelines and style guides that are essential for building the pages
· Search the database to ensure submitted content is not a duplicate of materials already published in the portal.
· Follow established document workflow standards for publishing and processing content within the portal
· Follow Deloitte standards for creating HTML pages
The team
The A&A team works with customers/ stakeholders across Industries and Businesses to win and deliver work, connect knowledge systems, services and content that accelerate our speed to market, speed to proposal, speed to proficiency, enrich collaboration and engagement and, consistency of delivery among Deloitte professionals.
Qualifications Required:
- Preferable 1-3 years of relevant work experience, in a content management/knowledge management organization
- Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SharePoint Online, SharePoint Modern etc.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, with an interest in innovative and creative thinking
- Self-directed, comfortable working independently and without daily supervision
- Ability to productively manage and work within a virtual team
- Teaming and inter-team collaboration skills. Effectively leverage internal social media & collaboration tools to connect people-to-people
- Strong English communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Word and PowerPoint; Knowledge of MS Excel is an advantage
- Be able to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and raise concerns/questions where appropriate.
- Suggest practical solutions and partner with Global customer/stakeholders to implement the solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work across cultures and in a virtual environment
- Self-motivated and strong team player.
- High energy with ability to deal with ambiguity
- Openness to learn about the business and related services
