Position Overview
As a Senior Analyst in Cloud Backend Development, you will be focusing on C# as the primary
language, with Python as an added advantage, you will work on scalable, secure applications in multi?cloud environments. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high?performance systems that support business agility and efficiency. With 3-4 years of experience, you
will contribute to end-to-end project lifecycles, that enhance Deloitte's cloud infrastructure,
emphasizing serverless architectures, data integration, and multi-cloud strategies ensuring alignment
with client objectives in a fast-paced DCS setting.
Work You’ll Do
As a Senior Analyst – C# Developer, you will:
• Leverage extensive experience with the .NET framework, C#, and Web API to develop robust
applications and services.
• Design, develop, and deploy backend applications and services with a strong emphasis on
microservices architecture and serverless development (e.g., Azure Functions, AWS Lambda).
• Utilize a broad range of Azure services, including (but not limited to): Web Apps, Web Jobs,
Storage, Azure Key Vault, Blueprint Assignment, Azure Policy, Azure Service Bus, Azure SQL
DB, Cosmos DB, Functions, Azure Bot Service, ExpressRoute, Azure VM, Azure VNet, Azure
Active Directory, Azure AD B2C, Azure Analytics Services, SQL Data Warehouse, Data Factory,
and Databricks.
• Build and optimize data pipelines using Azure Data Factory for ETL processes, integrating SQL
and NoSQL databases to handle structured and unstructured data.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines leveraging GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps for automated
testing, deployment, and monitoring of cloud applications.
• Collaborate on multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP), ensuring interoperability,
security, and cost optimization across platforms.
• Utilize ServiceNow (SNOW) for incident management, change requests, and workflow
automation in support of internal cloud operations.
• Participate in agile methodologies, including SAFe frameworks, by contributing to sprint
planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and scaled agile practices.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot performance issues, and implement best practices for
scalability, resilience, and data security.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, negotiate priorities, and
communicate technical solutions effectively.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives on cloud best
practices and emerging technologies.
• Support cloud migration and modernization efforts for Deloitte's internal systems, focusing on
serverless and containerized deployments.

clients. The DCS team works closely with other internal functions such as Human Resources, Finance &

Location: Hyderabad
Work Shift Timings: 11AM to 8PM and 2PM to 11PM
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Information Systems, or a related field, or
equivalent experience and accomplishments.
• 3-4 years of extensive experience with the .NET framework, C#, and Web API preferably in
cloud-centric roles.
• Proven ability to work in agile teams using SAFe methodologies, with strong problem-solving
skills for complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, enabling effective collaboration with non?technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to adapt to evolving priorities in a dynamic, global organization.
Technical Skills
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core/Framework for building scalable backend services,
APIs, and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory for data orchestration, ingestion, and
transformation pipelines.
• Expertise in databases: SQL (e.g., Azure SQL Server, PostgreSQL) for relational data
management and NoSQL (e.g., Cosmos DB, MongoDB) for flexible, high-volume data handling.
• Solid knowledge of microservices design patterns, including API gateways, event-driven
architectures, and service discovery.
• Familiarity with multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP), including hybrid setups and
cloud-agnostic tools.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as GitHub (for version control and Actions) and Azure DevOps
(for pipelines, boards, and repositories).
• Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) for IT service management, including custom scripting
and integrations.
• Knowledge of serverless application development, including functions, queues, and event
triggers for efficient, auto-scaling solutions.
• Understanding of agile tools and practices, with exposure to SAFe for enterprise-scale agility.
• Basic familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes) to
support modern deployment models.
