| Systems Administrator, Access & Identity Management - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited Career Level – L3- Professional Work you’ll do
This role requires someone who understands the administration of user access and security profiles across applications and systems in a corporate environment, security policies, and audit controls. Administrators are also responsible for reporting and investigating exceptions, testing and maintaining access controls, and supporting the business and IT staff for security-related identity and access issues. May serve internal or external clients.
Responsibilities: · Managing/creating user accounts as per the approved access request form. · Troubleshooting user access issues and escalating to the required team as per process. · Creating and managing Security groups. · Should have knowledge on creating Shared Mailboxes & Distribution groups. · Represent Access Services Team and/or AD Administration Team on related projects. · Must be able to gain familiarity and understanding with the following technologies: Web based applications, VPN, Exchange, Active Directory, and the Power-shell. · Knowledge on Service-Now administration. · Hands-on experience in troubleshooting (advanced level) issues related to User access in different Domains. · Advanced level of understanding in analyzing system event logs, performance issues. · Work allocation to staff based on priority and urgency (while acting as SLA). · Identify process gap’s and take initiatives for process refinement. · Strong knowledge on Power-shell scripting. · Knowledge on Service-Now or any ticketing tools Qualifications:
· Education requirements: B.E, B.Tech, M.C.A, Graduation degree with 3-7 years of relevant work experience.

Required Specific Skills:
· Ability to analyze user request forms to determine the appropriateness of the request. · Proven teamwork qualities with emphasis on customer service, team building, and strength-based teams. · Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure and project deadlines. · Ability to troubleshoot user access problems and determine appropriate corrective action. · Ability to view incidents and problems from a customer perspective and take initiative to represent the customer when working with other teams toward a resolution. · Good Cross team collaborative techniques · Drive Technical Assistance and Root cause analysis calls. · Intermediate understanding of Application, Server, and Network Infrastructure. · Knowledge/Skill on Azure Active Directory.
Required Technical Skills: · Experience with Enterprise directory services (Active Directory) · Experience with Power-shell script. · Intermediate MS Office/Outlook. · Experience with Active Directory and SharePoint preferred. · Knowledge on Azure Active Directory.
