Position Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis and Project Management:

  • Strong knowledge on Team ADO board management.
  • Experience with working with users and business and ability to communicate on requirements and deliveries.
  • Work with Programme and Project Managers to deliver activities in a timely fashion, ensuring optimal quality and a focus on user experience.
  • Collaborate cross-geography and cross-culture to develop relationships with practitioners to ensure diverse contributions to solutions.
  • Good knowledge on MS 365, PowerPoint and other office tools.
  • Utilize process mapping, requirements elicitation techniques, and Business Case writing to drive project success.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Manage diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognized for their contribution.
  • Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and career growth.
  • Act as a role model and leader for other members of the team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate and manage relationships with business stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to challenge where required.
  • Quickly understand high-level business processes and problems and present solutions and options.
  • Navigate through and manage change in a fast-paced environment, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology.
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent experience in a role centered around process transformation or improving user experience.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience in working in SAFe Agile environment.
  • Good knowledge of ADO bords, user stories , Tasks etc.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and positively with others in an open, friendly, flexible, and facilitating manner.
  • Experience in a complex partnership model, with an ability to decide which style of analysis and project delivery is appropriate.
  • Ability to define scope and distil lots of information into high-level understandable concepts and business language.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to addressing business challenges.

Desirable Skills:

  • Strong PowerPoint knowledge.
  • Experience in designing user experiences and design thinking.
  • Understanding of Service Now tool.
