Analyst – ITS Quality Assurance – Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
The Quality Assurance is a team within Information Technology Services servicing both internal and external facing business units for Deloitte Member firm.
Work you’ll do
As a part this team, you will:
• Work as an Analyst in the ITS QA Team and support Deloitte Member firm.
• Responsible for planning, executing, and reporting testing activities for major releases and service packs.
• Analyze functional requirements, business rules, and processes, collaborating with product owners and developers for effective test coverage.
• Meet testing and release deadlines, providing accurate estimations and test plans.
• Execute end-to-end functional, regression, and integration testing, tracking, and retesting identified defects.
• Coordinate issue resolution and retesting with business users and development team.
• Monitor and report test metrics, providing status reports to project teams and management.
• Work autonomously while collaborating with testing and development teams.
• Adapt work schedule to meet testing cycles, including outside of core working hours if needed.
• Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables and escalate any slippage to Test Lead/Manager.
• Demonstrate independence in delivering results, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and driving a positive and constructive culture.
Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 06.30 AM to 03.30 PM

The Test Management Office (TMO) part of bigger ITS QA Group, delivers testing services to ITS and the wider Deloitte business. We are a dedicated team with a core competency in testing, test management, operational processes to support testing, and supporting tools and technologies. Our services include Project Delivery, Test Management and Operations & Governance
Qualifications
Required:
Must-have skills:
• up to 2.5 years of experience as a dedicated Tester/Test Analyst in successful systems initiatives.
• Solid knowledge of manual testing techniques and understanding of automated test practices.
• Thorough understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies.
• Experience in agile delivery environment and test-driven development techniques.
• Ability to develop and execute test strategy, plans, and reports.
• Proficiency in source control and test management software like Microfocus ALM, JIRA, ServiceNow.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills for requirements assessment.
Good-to-have skills:
• Familiarity with GUI test automation using Katalon Studio.
• Understanding of functional testing techniques, test analysis, and design.
• Strong grasp of test result analysis and defect management processes.
• Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
• Knowledge of SQL databases and ability to write and execute queries.
• Ability to leverage AI-based testing tools and methodologies to improve software quality and increase testing efficiency.
