Analyst — IAM Administrator (2-4.5 years IT exp.)

Come join our team of Identity and access management support team and play a significant role in the infrastructure team, you will also be responsible for troubleshooting, and implementing the solutions based on the agreed scope and SLAs by leveraging the existing technology and platforms.

Mandatory Skills:

Technical Skills:

  • IAM Fundamentals: Understanding of IAM concepts, principles, and best practices.
  • Directory Services: Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, and Azure AD.
  • Access Control: Knowledge of RBAC and ABAC.
  • Authentication & Authorization: Familiarity with SSO and MFA.
  • IAM Tools: Experience with IAM platforms like SailPoint, Microsoft Identity Manager [MIM].

·       Ticketing Tools: Understanding of ticketing tools like ServiceNow.

·       Microsofot Office products: Proficiency in core Microsoft packages and products like outlook and excel is essential.

Soft Skills:

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret access management data.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision in managing identities and access permissions.
  • Collaboration: Effective teamwork and collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and practices.

Good to have skills:

·       Understanding of Microsoft Azure AD and MFA is an advantage.

·       Managing Skype and Exchange creation and deletion procession in an advantage.

Shift timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Your role as an Account Administrator

You will be supporting Identity and access management for NL memberfirm within Deloitte. Along with the other administrator account you form a team that is responsible for day-to-day operation and the proactive account-and rights management of the logical and physical systems of Deloitte Netherlands. You will report you to the Team Lead Infrastructure and you will work together with other (security) administrators in the own team and outside the team with our project managers.

As an IAM Administrator you are engaging in the following activities:

·       Manage identity lifecycle processes including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.

·       Implement and maintain role-based and attribute-based access control policies.

·       Support authentication mechanisms such as SSO, MFA, and federated identity management.

·       Utilize IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity) for identity and access management.

·       Conduct regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

·       Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to implement IAM solutions.

·       Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues.

·       Utilize ticketing tools like ServiceNow for incident and request management.

·       Document work instructions and implement improvements in existing IAM services.

  • Must demonstrate a professional, friendly, and approachable manner coupled with the ability to communicate with staff at all levels, especially when under pressure.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to less experienced or non specialist people, both verbally and in writing
  • They should also be able to work using their own initiative, showing attention to detail and customer focus, with a good understanding of the client’s needs and priorities.
