Strategy Implementation Specialist – USI CL4
Role Profile
Role summary:
Work closely with G&P Transformation Leaders and G&P and firm-wide teams to drive the implementations of strategic initiatives aligned to the overall strategy and mission of Growth & Purpose and the broader US Firm. Drive impact by managing a rigorous program management philosophy and methodology across Growth & Purpose and work closely with a team of project management and delivery resources to successfully execute complex strategic projects. Collaborate across channels, businesses, and geographies to leverage collective expertise to achieve desired outcomes.
Work you will do:
- Portfolio Management: Contribute to the implementation of G&P’s portfolio of transformation initiatives, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Monitor Progress: Regularly monitor and evaluate the progress of transformation efforts against established KPIs and milestones; make necessary adjustments to the strategy and implementation plans, as needed, based on performance data and feedback
- Benefits Realization: Monitor, track, and report on the realization of program benefits, ensuring they deliver the intended impact and ROI to the organization.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges that could impede the transformation process; develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks and address challenges proactively.
- Change Leadership: Contribute to the change process for transformation efforts within G&P ensuring that it is smooth and minimally disruptive to the organization.
- Innovation: Bring innovation and creative thinking to find new solutions, improve existing processes, and drive efficiencies.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement where feedback is regularly sought and used to make ongoing enhancements.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong business acumen and understanding of strategy frameworks
- Ability to manage multiple and complex projects concurrently in a dynamic environment
- Ability to build strong relationships in a highly matrixed environment and effectively navigate the US Firm
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all levels
- Executive presence, professional client service manner, ability to take ownership and initiative
- Strong communication skills; able to clearly articulate complex data and information
- Strong problem-solving skills; flexibility and adaptability
- 6+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years of prior consulting or project management experience
- Masters degree in business, economics, or related field
Working timings: Staggered shift (11am-4pm and 7pm-11pm)
Work location: Hyderabad
