Virtual Event Production & Strategist- Assistant Manager

The Team
Virtual Events Strategist and coordinator is a part of BM&C team. We provide value to the firm through impactful virtual events using dynamic promotion strategies and cutting-edge technologies to create memorable client experiences. The innovative solutions and seamless omni-channel integration enhance client engagement, foster strong relationships, and contribute significantly to Deloitte's growth.
Work you’ll do:
As a Virtual Events (webcasts, webinars on other online platforms) Strategist and coordinator, you would focus on marketing, production and execution of an event. Your role will be to collaborate with marketers and play a key role in bringing their campaigns to target audiences and help in the growth of the organization.
Key Job responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote virtual events. This includes leveraging social media, email marketing, and other digital channels to drive attendance and engagement.
- Collaborate with marketers and vendors to deliver virtual events that meet stakeholder objectives and create impactful experiences.
- Execution of virtual events such as LinkedIn Live sessions, webcasts, webinars, and roundtable discussions through effective usage of technology.
- Track and analyze the performance of virtual events to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Use metrics such as attendance, engagement, and lead generations to evaluate the effectiveness of the events.
- Deliver meaningful user experiences by interacting with clients and addressing their questions through multiple communication channels.
Skills and Abilities:
- Experience producing and directing webcasts and other virtual experiences from pre-production process to post-production (programs such as ON24, GlobalMeet, webinar.net, Zoom, Microsoft teams, Socialive, etc.).
- Good understanding of Martech tools (Salesforce, Eloqua, Adobe Experience Manager)
- Strong communication skills, capable of precise interactions with clients and colleagues across all organizational levels.
- Strong customer-centric focus with an emphasis on effective client service attitude.
- Practical experience with Agile methodologies, highlighting adaptive planning, iterative development, and team collaboration.
- Strong team management, upward management, problem-solving, and handling difficult conversations.
- Experience working in agency marketing would be a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Education and Experience:
· MBA / Master degree in Marketing or relevant domain.
- At least 7-8 years of relevant professional experience.
Work Timing
- 6.00 PM to 3.00 AM
- Location – Hyderabad Office
