About the role:
Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights and driving meaningful change through communications? This Communications Measurement & Analytics professional will be at the forefront of transforming how organizations measure, analyze, and report on internal, external and executive communications. This role will support the development and standardization of reporting across all channels—ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact in every message. The ideal candidate has experience leveraging innovative analytics and shaping reporting best practices, the ability to work collaboratively across individuals at all levels of a matrixed organization and has proven results in optimizing communication strategies organization wide.
The work you will do
· Measurement & Analytics
o Develop, implement, and maintain robust frameworks and tools for the measurement of internal and external communications effectiveness.
o Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across all communication channels, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
o Conduct regular audits of communication activities to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
· Reporting Standardization & Optimization
o Support efforts to standardize reporting templates and methodologies, promoting consistency in data presentation across teams and businesses
o Collaborate with communications leaders to translate complex data into clear, actionable dashboards and reports for stakeholders at all levels.
o Continuously refine analytics processes to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and strategic impact.
· Stakeholder Partnership & Support
o Serve as a trusted advisor to communications teams, providing best practices on measurement, analytics, and optimization.
o Partner with relevant functions, as needed, to ensure alignment of reporting systems and delivery methods.
o Facilitate knowledge sharing, training, and upskilling of colleagues in areas related to measurement and reporting.
· Insights & Continuous Improvement
o Monitor news, media and social handles for trends and insights that may influence our internal or external positioning around key priorities; monitor competitive activity to identify opportunity areas
o Deliver data-driven insights that inform communications strategy, campaign planning, and content development.
o Stay current on measurement and analytics trends, introducing new approaches and digital tools to enhance reporting capabilities.
o Support compliance and data governance standards in all measurement and reporting processes.
Qualifications required
· Graduate or postgraduate degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising, English, or a related field.
· 6–8 years of experience in in the field of metrics, measurement and analytics, with at least three years in a large-scale or global organization
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills—including effective storytelling and presentation skills
· Analytical mindset, with ability to interpret data into meaningful insights and strategies to inform way forward
· Solid secondary research skills with a keen attention to detail.
· Solid organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage expectations across multiple complex projects/priorities
· Proficient in MS Office suite—including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and One Drive; and a keen understanding of the latest measurement platforms

Work timings: 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 11 p.m. (IST)

The Communications COE Team provides strategic counsel to its clients and colleagues, developing appropriate communication ideas, measurable insights, shared services, innovative programs, and platform management across external communications, internal communications, and executive communications.
