Analyst – Audience Management - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
This role is responsible for managing and optimizing audience mapping and contact processes to support effective campaign execution. This role involves collaborating with multiple teams within the squad to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with campaign goals. The consultant will generate actionable insights and reports to enhance future campaign strategies, contributing to the overall success of the Brand and Marketing Team.
Work you’ll do
• Audience Mapping and Contact Management o Manage the process of identifying contacts based on audience mapping.
o Work with the three teams within the squad to get stakeholder approval for campaign contacts.
• Target audience list creation o Create targeted lists for campaigns and maintain relevant contact lists within CRM tool.
o Make lists available for marketing calendar project as relevant
• Contact life-cycle Management o Manage contact processes in relation to campaigns using CRM and marketing automation tools.
o Ensure data accuracy and consistency in all contact lists and databases.
• Cross-Team Collaboration o Support all teams within the squad by providing necessary audience management insights and data.
o Collaborate closely with the Campaign Producers and Team Leaders to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
• Reporting and Analysis o Suggest report structure and generate reports on audience engagement and campaign performance. Coach Consultant in reporting to build their skills.
o Provide actionable insights to improve future campaign strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree
• A minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience with a strong focus on CRM tools like (salesforce, Dynamics 365 etc), marketing automation tools, Email Marketing, Campaign Management.
• Should have a strong working knowledge of data management and GDPR requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data management.
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint etc.),

Work Location: Hyderabad Shift Timings: 6.30 AM to 3.30 PM IST
