Team Overview & Job Profile
The Sustainability team is part of the global firm. We are seeking a passionate, high-energy, self‑motivated marketing professional who can work independently and collaboratively across small and large marketing campaigns, digital experiences, and brand amplification sprints within a close‑knit team.
The ideal candidate has 9+ years of marketing and/or advertising experience, with strong capabilities in marketing strategy, campaign development and management, and leading a high‑performing team.
This role sits at the intersection of businesses, technology alliances, and industries, orchestrating marketing campaigns and amplifying the Sustainability brand in more cohesive, consistent, and exponentially impactful ways.
Work You’ll Do
Drive end‑to‑end ownership and orchestration of:
- Marketing campaigns (internal and external)
- Digital and event presence
- Stakeholder influence across sustainability domains
- Team talent and operations
Work will involve collaboration with colleagues in India, the global network of marketing leaders, and senior leaders across Deloitte’s Global Sustainability team.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end marketing projects and integrated campaigns—from scoping and build through launch, measurement, and optimization—ensuring on‑time, high‑quality delivery.
- Translate business goals into marketing objectives and investment recommendations.
- Establish campaign strategy (story, audience, channel mix) and drive multi‑channel execution with internal teams and agencies.
- Define KPIs, dashboards, and governance; use results to refine targeting, messaging, and future plans.
- Set SEO/SEM and digital optimization strategy using modern tools and best practices.
- Lead content and creative delivery with internal teams and agencies (planning cycles, brand‑compliant assets, quality control across formats).
- Standardize templates, messaging frameworks, workflows, and distribution processes across regions; repurpose content to extend lifecycle value and reach.
- Consistently use AI to enhance efficiency and creativity in deliverables.
- Demonstrate strong project management skills and the ability to switch seamlessly across workstreams.
- Manage and coach junior team members; support recruiting, motivation, and performance management.
- Promote best practices and knowledge sharing across US/global and India teams.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with US/global and India counterparts.

- Agility and flexibility in a dynamic, hybrid environment.
- Mentorship experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail, responsiveness, and a track record of executing high‑impact initiatives.
- Highly developed personal and professional ethics.
Academic Qualifications & Professional Experience
- Education: Master’s degree in Marketing or Advertising
- Experience: 9+ years post‑MBA experience in marketing
- Preferred background: Strong marketing track record; consulting firm experience preferred
- Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid; three days in office)
- Work hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
