Who you’ll work with:
The Global Operate Team is comprised of professionals with various areas of focus that collectively provide mission critical services to support Global Operate’s overall success. Whether focused on sales excellence, delivery transformation, quality and risk management, contracts management, finance and operations, capability build, communications and change management, knowledge management, marketing and market intelligence, or other activities, these professionals ensure that our Firm operates efficiently, and our people can effectively serve clients every day.
Work you’ll do:
The professional will work with the ServiceNow Contract Obligation Tracking Product Owner, the India colleagues and senior leaders across Global Operate. The professional will need to develop a knowledge of the firm’s Operate business and Operate leadership’s strategic priorities. They will gather and document business requirements, translate product vision into actionable plans, user stories, and acceptance criteria. The professional will support backlog grooming and prioritization by analyzing dependencies, business value, and stakeholder input. They will facilitate communication across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery. The role includes tracking project timelines, risks, and issues, supporting user acceptance testing, coordinating multi-firm testing, and gathering feedback. The professional will monitor product performance and user feedback to drive improvements and ensure compliance with policies.
Key responsibilities
· Collaborate with the Product Owner and senior stakeholders to obtain, document, and validate detailed business requirements for contract obligation tracking.
· Translate product vision and strategic objectives into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
· Support backlog grooming and prioritization by analyzing requirement dependencies, business value, and stakeholder input.
· Assist the Product Owner in planning and coordinating product delivery activities, including tracking timelines, risks, and issues, escalating as appropriate to ensure successful delivery.
· Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams—including developers, testers, and business users—to ensure shared understanding and timely delivery.
· Assist in preparing and executing user acceptance testing, gathering feedback to inform product enhancements and ensure quality delivery.
· Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to support continuous improvement.
· Maintain knowledge of contract management best practices, compliance standards, and ServiceNow capabilities to provide informed recommendations.
· Support documentation efforts, including business requirements, leadership reporting, and training materials.
Requisite core skills
· Experience in product support, project coordination, or business analyst roles supporting software projects with exposure to ServiceNow.
· Understanding of contract management processes, compliance requirements, and risk mitigation principles.
· Self-motivated, innovative, and strong team player
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders including senior leadership, technical teams, and business users.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a global, matrixed environment and manage competing priorities.
· Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced product development setting.
· Strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong track record of executing high-impact initiatives
· Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities given aggressive timelines; comfortable performing in a fast paced, dynamic environment; flexibility to manage projects across time zones and adapt certain approaches to different cultures and working styles.
· Ability to thrive in a complex environment with many competing priorities.
· Accustomed to working in teams, including virtual teams. Highly developed personal and professional ethics are expected

Qualifications, experience, work location, and timing
We are looking for a passionate, high energy, and self-motivated individual who is accustomed to working independently and collaboratively on small and large projects in a close-knit team.
· Academic qualification: Master’s Degree like MBA
· Work experience:
· Senior Consultant: 7+ years, with at least 4 years of post-MBA experience
· Strong track record with previous employment, preferably with professional services firms or corporate strategy
· Location: Hyderabad
· Comfortable working with team members and stakeholders across geographies and time zones
· Work hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (expected to be flexible with time zones)
