Contract Governance – CoRe Procurement – Analyst - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
Ensure compliance checks for contracts, support the contract review process and handle contract execution process.
Work you will do:
You will be responsible for direct interaction, communication and support of Global Procurement Managers, Attorneys, Vendors and CoRe Procurement colleagues. Of particular importance will be ability to develop and support key internal stakeholder relationships. This group supports multi-countries including US, UK, CA, AU etc.
Responsibilities:
· Support the contract review process related to the purchase of products and services by ensuring that the appropriate information and documentation is ready for review by the member firm (MF) Office of General Counsel (OGC) and compliance items are adhered to prior to leadership signoff
· Where requested, assist procurement managers (PMs) by drafting contracts, amendments, SOWs, NDAs, etc. in order to enable both PMs and OGC to focus on higher-value and/or more complex matters
· Review and evaluate business terms in agreements that meet the financial and administrative requirements unique to CoRe (includes various costs, payment terms, maintenance and support terms, etc.)
· Handle the Contract execution process involving ServiceNow, Ariba and DocuSign platforms.
· Assess and assist with managing risk-related processes including Independence, Anti-Corruption, Information Security and more
· Leveraging strong follow up and organizational skills where action items are developed
· Identifying existing processes that can benefit from the application of robotics and artificial intelligence
· Additional responsibilities include the awareness of the importance of Information Security and the associated policies, processes and activities undertaken within the organization. Awareness of Privacy principles and Safe Harbor provisions
Teaming
· Liaise with CoRe Procurement team members, business stakeholders and MF attorneys across member firms in regard to procurement processes and challenges with goal of increasing level of process standardization
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a contract review/management/administration role, preferably in procurement

Requisite core skills
- Experience with the contracting cycle and working knowledge of procurement contracts (Ability to read, review and evaluate contracts will be an added advantage)
- Knowledge of (and/or experience with) the strategic procurement process in a large organization (Global procurement experience will be an added advantage)
- Experience and proficiency in Ariba/ SAP/Emptoris or any other procurement suite tools. Working knowledge of ServiceNow and DocuSign will be a big plus
- Outstanding communication skills for interaction with globally based Procurement leadership, stakeholders and vendors
- Strong analytical skills coupled with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Visio skills at least at intermediate level
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and produce results with minimum direction
- A “customer service” orientation with ability to confidently manage communication across multiple levels and geographies
- Understanding of multi-national business cultures and the desire to increase this skill set through experiential learning
- Ability to work independently and make recommendations ranging from revising or creating a process to identifying potential risks

- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a contract management/administration role, preferably in procurement, finance or operations domains.
