Knowledge Services (DPN Content & Quality) - Analyst
The KS DPN Analyst is responsible for providing timely and efficient support to our Knowledge Management Programs, Products and Practitioners Group.
Skills/Expectations
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a content management/knowledge management organization
- Knowledge of web technologies/platforms such as SharePoint 2010/2013
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel & PowerPoint) with advanced level of Excel skills
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, with an interest in innovative and creative thinking
- Ability to communicate with senior manager/executives with recommendations based on their collaboration space requirements
- Knowledge of collaboration and social media
- Ability and desire to stay current in technological advances, learning new tools and methodologies
- Ability to document processes, develop training aids and presentations
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at various stages of the project lifecycle
- Fair understanding of project management
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills. Meticulous and Detail-oriented
- Requires minimal supervision, strong independent thinker and worker
- Works well under pressure
Responsibilities:
- Act as super delegate to assist with profile completion
- Work with practice/business teams on profile completion campaigns
- Assist product team with quarterly releases through testing. Feedback and other support
- Maintain team site, communications, collateral, training materials and DR help documentation for DPN profiles; maintain procedural/governance documentation for DPN profiles
- As needed (and appropriate to the role), troubleshoot profiles data issues
- Oversee monthly metrics for DPN profile usage and completion; create monthly and ad hoc metrics reports as needed
- Reply to practitioner and KX help requests as needed, includes monitoring Team mailbox, other channels for requests received
- Support KX publisher questions and issue escalation/resolution related to DPN application
- Moderate Ask Me About tags
- Assist in administering information within Deloitte People Network (DPN) tool to identify specialists through badges, Ask Me About tags, networks
- Drive DPN profile completion toward MF Standard 1 targets, at a minimum, including tracking and follow-up processes
- Identify member firm Specialists within global knowledge tools, such as through badging in DPN and inclusion within curated knowledge collections
- Act as a liaison with local Talent Leads to align DPN fields with local HR systems
- Provide enhanced support for DPN badging and networks to enable specific member firm, DTTL, enabling groups’ strategic priorities and initiatives
- Drive investments in global knowledge tools, including DPN, KXQuals, KX (intranet platform) and Enterprise Search
- Be able to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and raise concerns/questions where appropriate
- Develops training aids/presentations/documentation for various collaboration initiatives with guidance
- Ability to work across cultures and in a virtual environment
- Self-motivated and strong team player
- Understanding of enterprise social media tools and best practices
- Ability to comprehend emails and maintain structured communication with the stakeholders
- Be able to drive stakeholder calls and present DPN processes with clarity and confidence
