About the team

The team is dedicated to fostering a collaborative culture at Deloitte by driving awareness and engagement with knowledge-sharing products and services among PPMDs and practitioners across various sectors and CoRe member firms. We implement awareness campaigns, promote value stories and leadership testimonials, and develop strategies to inspire and mandate knowledge sharing culture. By employing promotional tactics and capturing practitioner feedback, we aim to create a customer-centric knowledge-sharing organization. Additionally, we focus on integrating knowledge sharing into global learning programs, develops related learning materials, and delivers CoRe KS-led learning initiatives such as KX webinars and new hire communications.

Key responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain leaderboards to recognize top contributors of knowledge within the organization.
  • Implement and manage rewards and recognition programs, including sending thank you emails to contributors.
  • Initiate surveys to gather feedback from internal teams, ensuring they are distributed effectively, and perform detailed analysis of survey results to identify trends and actionable insights.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of webinars, including managing logistics, technical aspects, and serving as a backup for webinar deliveries to ensure smooth operations.
  • Regularly update and maintain content for presentations to ensure accuracy and relevance, adhering to Deloitte Communications Design Standards and guidelines.
  • Manage the logistics of Zoom tools, including setting up meetings, managing breakout rooms, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Communicate with top contributors to gather feedback and enhance the recognition program and work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for recognition and survey initiatives.
  • Develop distribution strategies to promote recognition programs & survey participation and monitor and report on the effectiveness of these programs using key performance indicators.
  • Develop and support quality standard deliverables (e.g., presentations, reports, etc.), and contribute to KS Communications team projects as required.
  • Develop an understanding of all Knowledge Management products & services and incorporate them as relevant in day-to-day activities.
  • Utilize intermediate writing and editing skills to quickly develop high-quality content for online communications, and create communications content supporting online, public relations, or internal communications plans.
  • Develop an understanding of organizational AI tools and related cognitive technologies (including data privacy and security), and apply them to support regular tasks/projects such as identifying trends and insights from communication data.
  • Leverage AI tools to generate drafts of marketing materials, visual content, emails, and social media posts.
  • Work on and support customer feedback programs like user councils, surveys, and interviews, including interviewing practitioners to capture feedback and value stories.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of process improvement projects, collecting data from various sources to support process improvement initiatives.

Specific skills:

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking program metrics.
  • Strong ability to create, update, and maintain engaging presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Preferred knowledge of Zoom, including meeting setup, managing breakout rooms, screen sharing, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with KX platforms and tools used for sharing and recognizing contributions.
  • Maintain SME relations, liaise with leaders/sponsors, manage live delivery operations, review content, and handle logistics and reporting.
  • Good to have: Experience in designing surveys, distributing them, and analyzing the results to derive actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage the logistics of webinars, including technical setup and coordination.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with contributors and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, programs, and documentation efficiently.
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in recognition programs, survey analysis, and presentation content.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to support recognition and survey initiatives.
  • Skills in troubleshooting technical issues related to webinar tools and knowledge exchange platforms.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data from surveys and program metrics to identify trends and insights.
  • Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring progress.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and working across multiple team setups.

Qualifications:

PGDM/MBA with 2-5 years relevant experience in Knowledge Management, Management Information Systems, Learning Management Systems, Data Analytics, Library/Information Sciences, Marketing or Communications, Organizational Behaviour, Psychology, or related fields.
