Senior Analyst – HyperautomationDigital Data Analytics Innovation – Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

Are you willing to work with new technologies and a quick learner? You have the chance to play an important role in the CoRe DDAI Group through the Hyperautomation team. This group's key areas of interest include unique solutions that enable the delivery of cutting-edge technology to the firm's business centers and their research, development, maintenance, and documentation.

Work you will do

o    Technical Knowledge

§   Develop and Maintain Web Applications: Build responsive and high-performance web applications using React and other modern front-end technologies.

§   Code Quality and Standards: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.

§   Optimize Performance: Identify and address performance bottlenecks to ensure seamless user experiences.

§   Testing and Debugging: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure application reliability and robustness.

§   Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in front-end development and bring innovative ideas to the team.

o    Software prototyping and construction

§   Create prototypes, if necessary, to validate proposed solutions and seek feedback from stakeholders.

§   Thorough familiarity with and practical application of test-driven development and continuous integration techniques.

§   Create new business-tier components, Web apps, and database objects utilizing UI frameworks like JS/jQuery and Bootstrap and Microsoft platform technologies like React, ASP.NET MVC, C#, SQL Server, and Entity Framework.

o    Analysis and Design

§   Transforms high-level design into low-level design, and implementation.

§   Assess activities across the project life cycle, evaluate business user needs, develop, and document an effective solution, and create the business components and database objects necessary to implement the solution.

§   Work with the Development Team to design the front-end and back-end systems necessary to fulfill document requirements.

§   Assist project managers in correctly defining and clarifying business requirements, development estimation, and work plan completion.

§   Coordinate with peers on design implications and work with them to resolve issues.

o    Perform unit and integration testing on all developed code

§   Create and execute unit and integration tests within development lifecycle.

§   Proactively benchmark application code to mitigate performance and scalability issues.

§   Work with Quality Assurance Team on issue reporting, resolution, and change control.

o    Support and Troubleshooting

§   Keep up application development servers using the Operations Group's bare minimum assistance. Depending on the difficulty of the software and the standard of the external documentation, "train the trainers" may occasionally be necessary.

§   Assist Operations Team with any environment issues during application deployment across Development, QA, Staging, and Production environments.

§   Assist Networking Group in debugging issues that could develop because of integrating multiple components or applications.

§ Project Management

§   Partner with product managers to contribute to the design of enhancements and confirm that business requirements are being met.

§   Co-manage threads of technology enhancement projects, with counterparts in the global technology organization.

§   Participate in the execution of business stakeholder activities in conjunction with technology projects, e.g., business validation, knowledge transfer sessions, deployment.

§   Gather project requirements from onshore/offshore teams.

§   Lead small projects or assigned to phase(s) of larger project(s). involving product enhancements.

§   Analyze project requirements and communicates directly with product owners to deliver projects.

§   Directly work with global stakeholders to scope and deliver projects; partner with other teams as needed to provide comprehensive and accurate response to client requests; assist in peer review of partner team projects and deliverables, as needed.

§   Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills.

§   Proactively highlight risks and opportunities to leads.

§   Efficiently conduct testing of applications, ability to catch issues and identify potential problematic areas.

§   Work with various technical teams for new enhancement builds/defect fixes.

§   Be able to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and raise concerns/questions where appropriate.

§ Coaching & Mentoring

§   Coach team members on technical skills, business knowledge and identify training requirements to close learning gaps, peer review the deliverables of Analysts and other Sr. Analysts on the team.

§   Support or guide Analysts with client conversations to clarify requests, ensure accurate understanding of scope, manage client expectations.

§   Serve as peer mentor and train team members and collaboration partners on technical skills and business knowledge.

Qualifications:

Required Experience: B.Tech/M.Tech, MBA, Lateral Hire (4-6 years of experience).

Required Skills:

·        4-6 years’ experience Build responsive and high-performance web applications using React and other modern front-end technologies that includes .NET (C#, MVC, Entity Framework, .net Core), VBA, Python, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

·        Knowledge on OOPS and Design Pattern.

·        Experience in Azure DevOps & Cloud would be added advantage.

·        Experience with REST API/ Web API creation, consumption, integration using Service Oriented Architecture.

·        Experience in working with global enterprise applications.

·        Good knowledge on SQL server.

·        Ability to support multiple programming languages and learn new technologies as they become available.

·        Excellent verbal and written communication.

·        Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

·        Familiarity with TypeScript.

·        Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Enzyme, or Cypress.

·        Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) frameworks such as Next.js.

·        Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

·        Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure).

Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore

Work hours: 2 p.m. – 11 p.m.
