Senior Analyst – Technical - Sr Developer – 0-2 years – CoRe Business Solutions, Digital Customer Solutions – Digital Data Analytics Innovation – Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
Are you a quick learner with a willingness to work with new technologies? CoRe Business Solutions team offers you an opportunity to be an integral part of the Digital Customer Solutions Group. The principal focus of this group is to customize technical solutions for global Deloitte Member Firms to address a variety of business needs including marketing and communication, knowledge management, learning and development, and overall process automation. The team uses primarily Microsoft SharePoint (on-prem and cloud) as a platform. We use various web development and automation tools/technologies (i.e. HTML, jQuery, Java Script, REST/SOAP API, JSON, Nintex, Kendo, Azure, Power Apps/Flows, and many more) within a structured delivery process to develop products that deliver significant value to our internal customers across Deloitte’s global network.
Job Responsibilities:
• Create tailored SharePoint solutions that meet specific organizational needs. This includes developing web parts, features, and site layouts.
• Use SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, or other tools to modify the appearance and functionality of SharePoint sites according to project requirements.
• Deploy SharePoint solutions effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to existing services.
• Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure functionality, reliability, and compatibility across different devices and browsers.
• Address and resolve issues that arise with the SharePoint environment. This includes debugging code, fixing bugs, and resolving user access issues.
• Act as lead developer , create and monitor development task assigned to Junior developers.
• Communicate effectively with team members to understand requirements, provide updates, and collect feedback on SharePoint projects.
• Maintain Documentation: Keep detailed documentation of the SharePoint architecture, configurations, and custom developments to assist in future maintenance and upgrades.
• Develop user guides, FAQs, and training materials to assist end-users in navigating and using SharePoint functionalities efficiently.
• Advanced knowledge on Azure DevOps and complete understanding of creating and managing user stories.
• Adhere to industry standards and legal regulations concerning data security, privacy, and usage within the SharePoint environment.
• Stay updated with the latest SharePoint development practices and technologies to ensure sustainable and effective solutions.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance skills in SharePoint and related technologies, such as attending workshops, obtaining certifications, and participating in relevant training.

• Must have 3+ years of advanced technical background on platforms (SharePoint 2013 /2016/2019 and Office 365 / SharePoint Online) and other web development technologies with expertise in HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, ReactJS, Bootstrap and CSS3, Adobe XD, Figma, Kendo components.
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Clear Understanding of business requirements and the ability to develop and support custom applications using SharePoint OnPrem/ Online.
• Create Advanced web components, lists, libraries, content types, site columns, and configure search navigation and permissions.
• Ability to customize application with SharePoint Designer.
• Advanced knowledge in implementing solutions using client-side scripting (REST, SOAP and CSOM, JSOM)
• Knowledge of Nintex Forms and the ability to customize complex forms with Nintex.
• Good knowledge of PowerApps/Flow development and customize forms and implement flows.
• Knowledge of Nintex Workflow and the ability to construct moderate business automations.
• Complete knowledge of migration tools like Sharegate or Metalogix or SPMT for SharePoint data migration and ability to migration applications from one platform to other.
• Work together with members of the Design, Development, and Testing teams to execute assigned tasks on schedule.
• Good exposure of version control systems like Git, Azure Repos for maintain and manage code changes during development.
• Strong interest in technology with a focus on learning new tools such as Nintex Forms, Nintex Workflows, Power Platform, Kendo UI controls, and SharePoint App Model (O365) SPFX.
