Senior Analyst – Generative AI- MS Copliot Studio

Work you’ll do

It is an integral part of the Deloitte CA Technology teams. The principle focus of this organization is the development and maintenance of technology solutions that e-enable the delivery of Function and Marketplace Services and Management Information Systems. The team develops and maintains solutions built on varied technologies. It has various groups which provide the best of the breed solutions to the clients by following a streamlined system development methodology. It comprises of groups like Usability, Application Architecture, Development and Quality Assurance and BA teams.

Qualifications:

·       1+ years’ experience and expertise on Microsoft Copilot Studio

·       4+ years of Azure Ai services experience [Nice to have]

·       4+ Years of Python development experience

·       3+ years of hands-on exp in Generative AI projects [Nice to have]

·       Experience with Using Gen AI libraries like Lang chain, semantic kernel, crewai , etc.

·       Fair understanding of machine learning, natural language processing, and other AI technologies as well. [Nice to have]

·       Desirable to have hands-on with Python, Web Development

·       It is good to have a good understanding of business principles and practices

·       Should be able to identify and assess the business potential of Gen-AI technologies

·       Should be able to develop and implement business strategies for Gen-AI projects.

·       Desired to have a strong understanding of the ethical implications of Gen-AI. Able to support in implementing ethical guidelines for the use of Gen-AI.

·       Ensure that Gen-AI is used in a responsible and ethical manner.

·       Responsible to assist team on designing, building, and maintaining Gen-AI models and systems.

·       Basic understanding of how Gen-AI models work and how to craft prompts that will produce the desired results.

·       Collaborate with Users to provide inputs on developing and implementing ethical guidelines for the use of Gen-AI.

·       A strong desire to produce quality work, adopt standards and adhere to those standards

·       Must be able to think & innovate out of the box

·       Provide input to assist with continual improvement

·       Regularly discuss current workload, issues, concerns, etc.

·       Challenge team members to broaden their thinking about the environment and applications

·       Ensure all work adheres to best practices

·       Operate & Maintain:  Manage the production issues of existing projects along with ongoing initiatives

·       Standards & Documentation: Accountable for the creation of key standards and documents

·       Ensure documentation, processes and standards are maintained or created for the delivered projects

Experience: 4-5 years

Work location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Technical Skills:

·       Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot Platform and its capabilities

·       Support team on deploying and managing Gen-AI systems in production environments. They need to have a basic understanding of Gen-AI systems architecture and how to optimize them for performance and scalability.

·       Good Exposure to Python based Gen-AI projects

·       Should have exposure to Cloud computing platforms such as Azure to train and deploy Gen-AI solutions.

·       Awareness around concepts such as pre-trained models, Finetuned models etc.

·       Basic understanding on LLM and NLP tools and technologies used to perform Gen-AI tasks such as text, image generation, and code generation. Ex: GPT-3, Codex, GitHub Copilot, Bard.

·       Ability to showcase the technical solution implemented and present it to all stakeholders

·       Excellent Troubleshooting & Analytical skills

·       Ability to manage / support multiple priorities 

·       Be interested in the new tech stack and complex problems solving

·       Should be aware of complete software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, configuration, development, and unit testing

·       Knowledge of .Net Core and SQL database

·       Should be able to share the consistent updates to project stakeholders on project risks and able to come up with risk mitigation plans

·       Experience working on vector databases and index-based search implementations

·       Experience in implementing or utilizing AI / ML solutions including the Azure Cognitive services

·       Designing and implementing Azure based web app solutions

Nice to have:

·       Experience with .Net development
