About the Role
As an Experience Project Specialist (EPM), you will provide support to a wide array of clients to solve business challenges, stretch your critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and network with executive-level clients as well as Deloitte leaders. You will play an integral role in the success of our client experiences, including:
Supporting the experience preparation process involves managing logistics by collaborating with various stakeholders and support teams. It also includes accurately capturing discussions from client stakeholder interviews and synthesizing the information into succinct insights and actionable themes, ensuring sufficient detail and utilizing formal business language and format. Additionally, the EPM is responsible for preparing for experience team meetings and effectively communicating necessary logistical updates. This includes ensuring that the Experience Producer is fully briefed and integrated when they join the experience team.
Providing operational support and underlying project management for assigned experiences and other events supported by Executive Accelerators. This includes adhering to milestones, escalating potential risks, conducting necessary reporting efforts for the team, and maintaining appropriate document management systems and team collaboration infrastructure. We are looking for someone with strong project management skills and the ability to drive progress while working independently.
Candidates must have:
· Demonstrate strong business writing, note-taking, and ability to tailor complex information with clear structure and formatting
· Manage activities to meet deadlines and escalate potential risks promptly
· Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients
· Recognize differing stakeholder needs and adjust engagement approaches accordingly
· Organize and manage large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data effectively
· Apply knowledge of business terms, standard reports, and key business metrics
· Work proactively and independently while managing multiple streams of work
· Operate effectively in ambiguous situations and exhibit commitment to intentional apprenticeship
Required skills
· Manage multiple projects concurrently and accurately, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and timely delivery
· Strong in both project management, process management, and stakeholder management
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
· Demonstrate strong English oral and written communication skills, with excellent presence in both written and oral presentations
· Possess well-developed analytical skills, to be able to synthesize group discussions into concise points and translate abstract dialogue into actionable themes
· Work as a self-motivated, client-focused, and detail-oriented team player who thrives independently
Preferred skills
· Event management experience is a plus
· Value working in a consultative, team-oriented environment
· Salesforce experience
· Thrive in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments

- MBA or equivalent
