Project Coordinator, Analyst, Career Level 3, Lab Delivery Excellence (LDX)

Work you’ll do
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support to the role-based programs within the Executive Accelerators under Client and Market Growth, Strategy, and Innovation. You will work as a collaborative team member, interacting with a diverse group of US LDX Producers and Project Managers who support Deloitte’s client engagement team leaders across all Deloitte industries and services. Your day-to-day tasks include planning, execution, and operational support for Lab Delivery Excellence and CXO program efforts, with an initial focus on Lab activities.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • ·       Monitor shared mailboxes for respective teams to manage upcoming and ongoing activities.
  • ·       Provide operational support throughout the Lab delivery process (e.g., setting up Zoom/MS team calls, setting up MS Teams site, logistics).
  • Manage complex executive calendars, plan meetings, and organize logistics to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Coordinate meetings and communications across internal and external teams, promoting clarity, collaboration, and timely follow-through.
  • ·       Utilize Salesforce, SharePoint, and other firm resources to provide operational support.
  • ·       Manage file upload of our repository tasks associated with SharePoint.
  • ·       Complete Intake forms, Lab registrations, and Lab pipeline requests on Salesforce.
  • ·       Provide seamless support in fast-paced, dynamic environments, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and team needs.

The professional is required to:

  • ·       Work on tight deadlines and agreed SLAs.
  • ·       Be client and quality-centric with attention to detail, tailored for each client.
  • ·       Be responsible for self-reviewing tasks before delivery.
  • ·       Be able to coordinate with disparate resources and work with professionals across different geographies.
  • ·       Disseminate knowledge and best practices to facilitate collective team objectives and promote efficient, unified collaboration.
  • ·       Build relationships with key stakeholders and provide regular progress reporting to internal stakeholders.
  • ·       Be flexible and adaptable, and practice professional behavior in response to the dynamics of the process and work culture.
  • ·       Comply with Deloitte U.S. Firms' policies and maintain confidentiality for all our clients.
  • ·       Secondary research skill is an added advantage.

Our team’s key focus is to provide exceptional client service to C-Suite Transition Labs and support the development of confidential, high-end quality deliverables to strengthen our Deloitte PPD’s C-Suite relationships. Qualifications

Required:

  • ·       1 to 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant.
  • ·       Advanced skills in Outlook, MS Teams, OneNote, MS Word, and MS Excel.
  • ·       Proven/demonstrated problem solver and critical thinker, capable of identifying effective solutions to scheduling conflicts/managing multiple executive calendars.
  • ·       Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • ·       Extremely detail-oriented, quality-conscious, and dependable.

·       Any Graduation.

·       Any MBA.

  • ·       Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • ·       Experience working independently on multiple simultaneous assignments or engagements.
  • ·       Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • ·       Logical thinking ability and strong comprehension.
  • ·       Ability to be flexible.

Preferred

·       Deloitte experience

·       Experience in a professional service firm.

·       Experience working or supporting multiple PPMDs simultaneously.

·       Excellent with Outlook, OneNote, and Microsoft PowerPoint skills

·       Salesforce user experience
