About the team
The Deloitte Client Experience team works with senior account leaders to design and deliver high-impact experiences for visiting clients in India. The team partners with leaders to tell an executive-ready story, facilitate meaningful dialogue, influence commercial decisions and enhance Deloitte’s brand and reputation in the marketplace.
Work you’ll do
As the Client Experience Lead & Facilitator, you will own end-to-end delivery of immersive, executive client experiences (client visits, labs, briefings, sessions). You will partner with account teams and senior leaders to shape objectives, design the experience, manage delivery workstreams, lead logistics and content readiness, and facilitate executive discussions—while also providing team leadership and performance management. In addition to owning visit management, you will own or support a portfolio that innovates for experiences and operational excellence. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, business acumen, project management, stakeholder relationship building, and exceptional facilitation skills.
Key responsibilities
- Lead intake and scoping: clarify objectives, audience, constraints, and success measures; convert into an actionable plan
- Drive stakeholder alignment across account teams, Deloitte leadership, and client executives; manage communications and escalation
- Provide strategic advisory on experience strategy, storyline, narrative, and executive messaging
- Build the agenda and run-of-show (flow, timing, speakers, preparation)
- Lead experience design and production (ideation, design reviews, rehearsal readiness, execution)
- Own content and asset readiness: executive-ready, on-brand materials; version control; packaging and activation
- labs and sessions: guide executive conversations, synthesize themes, and drive decisions/next steps
- Manage multi-project delivery in a fast-paced environment; maintain cadence, priorities, dependencies, and quality gates
- Oversee logistics planning to completion (including tech/assets)
- Lead and develop the team: work planning, delegation, coaching, quality assurance, performance management
- Produce post-experience reporting (readouts/debriefs): outcomes, decisions, risks, follow-ups; coordinate post-visit actions
Core skills
- Executive presence: ability to influence and advise senior leaders
- Strong facilitation: end-to-end workshop/lab design, conflict management, real-time adaptation
- Clear stakeholder communication: crisp storytelling, active listening, steady cadence/escalations
- Structured problem-solving in ambiguity; collaborative, cross-team mindset
- Operational rigor: planning and dependencies, RAID, quality gates, logistics/tech/assets
- People leadership; professional services/Big 4 and global teaming preferred
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, OneNote) and interest in experimenting with AI/tech
Management responsibilities
- Manage a team of at least 3-4 professionals
- Build relationships with US colleagues and facilitate collaboration between US-India and US teams
- Assist team members with time management, prioritization, project management
- Ensure consistent timely delivery of high-quality work by each team member
- Identify and address development and training needs, map career paths, and overall elicit the best possible performance from each team member
Mentoring responsibilities/Upholding quality standards
- Guide junior colleagues on projects and client interactions
- Ensure compliance with team and firm best practices, including adherence to quality standards, processes, and guidelines
- Recognize junior colleagues’ strengths and development needs and provide them with ongoing feedback and coaching
- Academic qualification: Master's degree (preferably an MBA) or equivalent
- Certification in Facilitation, Design Thinking, and Agile Methodologies is a plus.
- Work experience: 10+ years post Master’s
Work location and timing
· Location: Hyderabad (flexible to travel as per business needs and work across locations in India)
· Hybrid work week; in-office as per business and client needs with spikes around live delivery dates.
· Periodic travel and on-site delivery depending on client/business needs; flexible to work across diverse time zones and geographical regions in India.
· Work timing: 11:00 a.m. to 08:00 p.m. regular. Flexible/alternate work hours and days in office based on the client visit/lab and stakeholder requirements.
