Analyst, Career Level 3, Lab Delivery Excellence (LDX)

Work you’ll do
As an Analyst, you would be responsible for providing support to the role-based programs within the Executive Accelerators under Growth & Purpose. Not only will you work as an individual contributor, but also as a team player. You will interact with a diverse group of US Lab Delivery Excellence Producers supporting Deloitte’s client engagement team leaders across all Deloitte industries and services. You would support the planning, execution, and operational support activities of CXO program efforts, with an initial focus on Lab activities.
Operational Responsibilities:
Create and maintain MS Teams sites for Labs, organizing folders and work-plans, and adding Lab teams.
- Manage Lab tool and Intuiface licenses, ensure tracking and credential sharing.
- Assign and track Lab event instances and roles on platforms like Salesforce.
Perform due diligence via secondary research (e.g., outreach emails, executive profiles).
Monitor shared mailboxes and track calendars/invites for Labs.
Complete intake forms, registrations, and pipeline requests on Salesforce.
Coordinate logistics with cross-functional and multi-regional teams.
Ensure compliance with confidentiality and Deloitte policies.
Support testing and rollout of new tools in collaboration with the Technology team.
Provide operational support throughout Lab delivery (setup, logistics, scheduling, notetaking).
Perform due diligence via secondary research (e.g., outreach emails, executive profiles).

Key Deliverables & Lab Materials:
Develop and review client-facing, print-ready materials, including high-quality digital deliverables.
Prepare confidential pre- and post-Lab deliverables (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Create research packages, executive/company profiles using multiple sources.
Execute data analysis and operational reporting (market analysis, dashboards, Lab statistics).
Manage and track project team documents and deliverables (e.g., SharePoint, PowerPoints, spreadsheets).
Organize and upload files to central repositories (e.g., SharePoint).
Provide regular progress reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate end-to-end Lab event logistics, ensuring tailored, client-centric delivery.
Meet tight deadlines and agreed service level agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications
Required:
1 to 3 years of experience with at least 1 year of relevant experience
Any Graduation/Master's required
Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment
Experience working independently on multiple simultaneous assignments or engagements
Effective interpersonal and written, and verbal communication skills
Logical thinking ability and strong comprehension
Ability to be flexible
