- Partners with various CMG channels to deliver data-driven insights in the form of dashboards/reports, which help make informed decisions
- Provides end-to-end support around database management, reporting, and maintenance activities
- Proactively identifies opportunities for automation and reporting
Work you will do
As an SFDC lead, you’ll lead and oversee the XA SFDC support to ensure timely and high-quality support on Salesforce.
- Develop customized solutions within the XA SFDC platform to support critical new business functions and meet project objectives and client requirements.
- Create data fields, views, reports, and dashboards for the customized solution.
- Create, maintain and enhance workflows, triggers, visual forces, and apex code as necessary.
- Perform data cleanup, analysis and other project and SFDC related tasks as applicable.
- Interface with onshore SFDC team on project requirements and implementation.
- Maintain existing Einstein Analytics dashboards, and create new Einstein visualization as applicable.
- Advanced customization on Force.com platform (Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Page Layouts, Record Type, Workflow, Approval Process etc.)
- Hands on experience in developing triggers, and integrations with 3rd party systems
- Experience with technologies that work with Salesforce.com including: Java, JScript, Force.com platform, APEX, Visualforce, SOQL, HTML, CSS, JSON, AJAX, SQL, REST/Web Services
- Experience with Salesforce including general configuration activities and development of visual force pages, apex classes and apex triggers
- Manage data integration from multiple sources. Conduct testing of the new systems being implemented in coordination with the US stakeholders.
- Responsible for review of the deliverables, maintaining/updating trackers (Quality tracker, Project tracker etc.)
- Manage projects to ensure agreed upon deadlines – following efficient workflow and review requirements to meet stakeholders’ expectations. Provide on the job training/feedback to the team members
Skillsets required:
- 7-9 years of Salesforce administrator experience.
- Manage end-to-end delivery for multiple projects in the CRM domain
- Strong reporting background using standard reporting tools including standard Salesforce.com reporting functionality.
- Ability to lead high performing teams and ensure smooth delivery of projects.
- Detail oriented with strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
- Einstein Analytics experience/knowledge preferred.
- SalesForce Administrator certified preferred
- Good analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Educational Requirements:
- Any Graduation Degree (Engineering preferably CS)
- Professional qualification (reputed institutes preferred):
- MBA (a plus)
In addition, successful candidates will also have the following preferred skills:
- Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of large engagements
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
