Industry Support Analyst – Manager

Work You'll Do:
Core Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the industry support team, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic direction.
• Mentor and coach team members, providing feedback and guidance.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
• Collaborate with adjacent Growth & Purpose teams to share knowledge and coordinate across industry applicable topics (e.g., Sensing & Analytics, Research & Insights)
Individual Contributor:
• Oversee large, complex projects/programs to drive operational excellence and informed decision-making.
• Monitor major project milestones and deliverables, adjusting plans as needed.
• Ensure team compliance, productivity, and efficiency meet firm and industry-specific standards.
• Guide others in developing hypotheses, performing root cause analyses, and creating actionable recommendations.
• Provide strategic oversight for event planning and logistics, reviewing objectives and outcomes, and ensuring alignment with overall industry strategy.
• Lead sector activations and industry community initiatives by reviewing and approving communications and documentation, ensuring strategic alignment and quality across the team.
• Steer sector strategy development by setting direction, reviewing analyses of market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
Qualifications and Expectations:
• Master’s degree in business, economics, analytics, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in analytics, consulting, or industry support, including experience leading industry or sector teams
• Proven track record of leading successful teams and driving strategic initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
• Champions a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
• Manages complex projects and drives change across the organization.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of applications and common AI tools (Copilot, Chat GPT)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Self-motivated, strong inter-personal skills, and a good team player, preferably with experience working in virtual teams
