Industry Support Analyst – Assistant Manager
Do you have a knack for leading industry-specific initiatives and mentoring teams to achieve project success? As an Assistant Manager in our Industry Support team, you'll drive strategic insights and manage project deliverables, ensuring alignment with industry goals.
Work You'll Do:
Own, plan, and manage assigned projects, ensuring alignment with industry goals and timelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define success metrics and track project performance.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- Support key industry administrative processes as necessary, including client reclassifications, client change requests, system updates, distribution lists, etc.
- Generate insights and recommendations from data analysis and industry trends.
- Oversee documentation, SOP development, and governance activities.
- Supervise event planning and logistics activities, providing guidance to support team members and ensuring successful execution.
- Coordinate sector activations and industry community initiatives, draft communications and supporting presentation documentation
- Support ad-hoc special cross-industry projects
- Promote best practices and knowledge sharing within the practice and across industry teams.
Qualifications and Expectations:
- Master’s degree in business, economics, analytics, or related field.
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in analytics, consulting, or industry support, with experience in industry and sector roles preferred
- Demonstrates project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Apply critical thinking to solve complex problems and drive outcomes.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of applications and common AI tools (Copilot, Chat GPT)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Self-motivated, strong inter-personal skills, and a good team player, preferably with experience working in virtual teams
