Work you will do
We are seeking a creative and forward-thinking Marketing Analytics – Assistant Manager, specializing in data visualization and data insight generation. This role will collaborate with various marketing teams within the firm to analyze client and market data, enhancing the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns. The ideal candidate is motivated to learn the business and understand how our data and technology can meet business objectives.
Key Job Responsibilities:
· Provide analytical and reporting support for Deloitte businesses, industries, and accounts, marketing campaigns, test and measurement design, and post-campaign analysis.
· Identify patterns in data, interpret trends, and translate them into meaningful business insights.
· Use data analysis skills to present complex information clearly, discern business meaning, and recommend evidence-backed actions to stakeholders.
· Develop reports to meet the insights/analytics needs of brand and marketing professionals.
· Provide actionable recommendations using analytical techniques to drive ROI for marketing programs.
· Contribute to project scoping and defining business questions in complex projects.
· Deliver effective presentations and storyboarding, with exposure to senior-level stakeholders.
· Support collaborative projects, working with other data owners to deliver insights.
· Identify the best means to visually depict data analytics results to achieve project goals and meet deadlines.
· Builds consensus and considers stakeholders’ perspective while forging and maintaining relationships
· Demonstrates the ability to work through ambiguity with appropriate guidance
· Contributes toward project scoping and defining business questions in complex projects
Skillsets required:
· Ability to analyze data to generate actionable insights and present them in a compelling narrative that drives business decisions.
· Strong business written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights clearly and effectively.
· High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (MS Excel) and intermediate skills in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
· Strong understanding of marketing activities, campaigns, marketing funnel, lead generation, events, digital marketing, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
· Proven Client management and relationship-building abilities. Ability to effectively drive discussions and navigate difficult conversations.
· Self-starter with an ability to learn new technologies and adapt to market demands.
· Ability to work effectively in both in-person and remote team environments.

Educational / work experience:
· At least 7-10 years of experience in data insight generation and data intelligence, with a focus on presenting analytical findings in the marketing domain.
· Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, computer science, information technology, computer engineering, or a related field
· Advanced degrees (Master’s or MBA) in relevant fields will be considered a plus.

Work Timings: 2 pm to 11 pm
