Deputy Manager – Client Account Management (CAM)

Work You'll Do
As a Client Account Management (CAM) professional, you will work with Deloitte's account leaders and other stakeholders. You will deliver the best of the firm, strengthen relationships, and help expand our services at clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead end-to-end project management for account initiatives, including marketing, client relationships, bids, strategy, contracting, operations, and risk.
- Support development and maintenance of marketing, proposal, and onboarding/offboarding assets.
- Advise account leadership by analyzing information and providing insights.
- Prepare materials for client meetings and leadership presentations.
- Coach and mentor the team on project management, client management, and professional skills.
- Manage team performance through regular check-ins and feedback.
The Team
Client Account Management (CAM) professionals support account leaders in building client relationships and expanding Deloitte’s services. U.S. and India-based CAM teams. Team collaborates to provide insights and address client needs, while also managing internal operations.
Required Qualifications
- 8- 12 years of professional experience in account management
- At least 2-3 years’ experience of supervising teams
- MBA and/or Masters (full time) in relevant field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Work Timings: 2 PM – 11 PM
Preferred Qualifications
- Managing small size teams
- Performance evaluation, coaching
- Attention to detail with good client service attitude
- Basic understanding of SharePoint
- Strong understanding of client service, marketing, sales/pre-sales in a professional services firm
- Should be innovative, take initiative, and adapt to changes per business needs
