Marketing Analytics –Deputy Manager
We are seeking a creative and forward-thinking Marketing Analytics – Deputy Manager, specializing in data storytelling and insight generation. This role will collaborate with various marketing teams within the firm to analyze client and market data, enhancing the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns. The ideal candidate is motivated to learn the business and understand how our data and technology can meet business objectives. Should also be able to coach/guide junior team-members.
Work you will do
Key Job Responsibilities:
· Provide analytical and reporting support for Deloitte businesses, industries, and accounts, marketing campaigns, test and measurement design, and post-campaign analysis.
· Identify patterns in data, interpret trends, and translate them into meaningful business insights.
· Use data analysis skills to present complex information clearly, discern business meaning, and recommend evidence-backed actions to stakeholders.
· Develop reports to meet the insights/analytics needs of brand and marketing professionals.
· Provide actionable recommendations using analytical techniques to drive ROI for marketing programs.
· Contribute to project scoping and defining business questions in complex projects.
· Deliver effective presentations and storyboarding, with exposure to senior-level stakeholders.
· Support collaborative projects, working with other data owners to deliver insights. Collaborate with other process owners to identify data trends and provide comprehensive solutions to stakeholders.
· Identify the best means to visually depict data analytics results to achieve project goals and meet deadlines.
· Synthesizes data, integrates insights from diverse data sets to deliver actionable recommendations that align with strategic priorities, empowering stakeholders in effective decision-making
· Engages and influences stakeholders on project-related matters. Builds consensus and considers stakeholders’ perspective while forging and maintaining relationships
· Demonstrates the ability to work through ambiguity with appropriate guidance
· Assists the manager with hiring and onboarding junior or new team members
· Mentor and coach junior team-members on storytelling, insight generation, presentation skills and stakeholder management.
· Understands the need to shift from outdated ways of working in response to demands of the future
· Assesses the team’s training needs and organizes/delivers relevant training
· Shares technical and domain knowledge with the team on a regular basis
· Assists senior management with designing programs and processes to streamline workflows, allocate resources, recruit and onboard new members, and enrich the overall talent experience

U.S. India, Brand, Marketing & Communications (BM&C) drive the marketing programs, initiatives, and priority client-facing programs in the U.S. regions. India team is focused on quality and operational excellence and is constantly challenging and refining its business model to ensure proper support of marketing processes, services, and deliverables in the United States. We excel in data analysis, data visualization, reporting, and communicating intelligence in a compelling narrative, ensuring the integrity of processes, tools, and data.
Skillsets required:
· Ability to analyze data to generate actionable insights and present them in a compelling narrative that drives business decisions.
· Strong business written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights clearly and effectively.
· High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (MS Excel) and intermediate skills in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
· Strong understanding of marketing activities/campaigns, marketing funnel (end-to-end), lead generation, events, digital marketing, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
· Proven Client management and relationship-building abilities. Ability to effectively drive discussions and navigate difficult conversations.
· Ability to deliver actionable insights and recommend appropriate visualizations to convey the most meaningful information to stakeholders using multiple channels, including PowerPoint presentations, dashboards, and infographics
· Self-starter with an ability to learn new technologies and adapt to market demands.
· Ability to work effectively in both in-person and remote team environments.
· Self-motivated and strong team player. Highly developed personal and professional ethics
· Strong client management and relationship-building abilities.
· Strong personal and professional ethics, with a commitment to integrity.
· Familiarity with Generative AI (GenAI) tools and their potential use-cases
Educational / work experience:
· 8 to 11 years of experience in data insight generation and data intelligence, with a focus on presenting analytical findings in the marketing domain.
· Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, computer science, information technology, computer engineering, or a related field
· Advanced degrees (Master’s or MBA) in relevant fields will be considered a plus.
Work Location: Hyderabad
Work Timings: 2 pm to 11 pm
