Finance Transformation
Join our Finance Transformation practice to help Deloitte client service teams define and execute Finance and Global Business Services agendas and strategies. You will work with world-class teams and insights, helping support delivery in challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to help unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we collaborate with teams to enable transforming finance.
Position Summary
Level: Solution Advisor or equivalent
As an experienced Solution Advisor at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you’ll do:
As part of our team, we deliver consulting services in collaboration with Deloitte teams for diverse corporations, including multinationals across sectors such as financial services, energy, manufacturing, and health sciences. Key responsibilities include identifying and assessing business and technology risks, evaluating internal controls, and recommending improvements. We perform IT and business process audits as part of SOX 404, SSAE 18, or ICFR assessments, conduct IT controls review across platforms, complete GITC evaluations for major ERP systems, validate the effectiveness of controls, and implement COSO or custom methodologies for compliance assessments.

Controllership & Treasury Transformation (C&TT) is one of the offerings within the Finance Transformation portfolio of Deloitte US India Consulting. This Offering advises, implements, and delivers solution as-a-service relating to digital finance strategies, financial planning and analysis, enterprise performance strategies and technologies solutions. By taking a holistic view of these key business areas from strategy development through process design and technology enablement, we help our clients navigate their challenges while continuing to succeed in their business.
Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 2-4 years of experience and expertise in areas such as Assessment of SOX and Service Organizational Control (SOC) readiness, Modernization and automation of controls, Testing and design support for an existing controls program, Control assessment of a new system implementation, Material weakness remediation, general controls review and assessment and requirements gathering / definition development and business process mapping
- Demonstrated passion for innovation and use of Digital Core technologies (e.g., SAP S4, Oracle, Workday and/or JDE) to solve business issues
- Expertise on business process and/or ITGC controls on SAP S4, Oracle, Workday and/or JDE
- Expertise in implementing COSO/custom methodologies to perform compliance assessments.
- Experience in collaborating with the lines of business, SOX team, internal audit, Engineering team, and Legal team for controls design and testing
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Ability to communicate in an effective way
- Good ability on prioritization, urgency and problem solving
- Expertise in MS office tools
Education:
- Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Risk Management, Economics, or related field/CA /CPA/ CISA/CRISC/CIA

Shift Timings:
- 11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST as per business requirements
