Assistant Manager – DTTL SWIFT Finance Operations & Governance (FinOps)

The team’s mission is to be a conduit and support optimize global financial processes, technology, and capabilities to advance Deloitte’s strategic priorities and facilitate continued network growth. As a member of the DTTL SWIFT FinOps team, you will be responsible for the execution of OCM-related activities to support the successful adoption of solutions, standards, and business processes.
Work you will do?
· Daily Operations
- Develop strong process understanding
- Draft and finalize DTTL SWIFT communications.
- Draft/update and finalize training materials (e.g., training decks, quick reference guides (QRGs), standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manage the DTTL SWIFT Communications mailbox and deploy communications from the mailbox.
- Engage with various stakeholders to obtain information to draft deliverables.
- Schedule/coordinate FinOps meetings and informational sessions.
- Coordinate the set-up of new interfirm clients and serve as the administrator for the engagement creation Bot.
- Maintain and update the DTTL SWIFT and Global Finance (CTC & PTP) intranet sites.
- Handle ahoc requirements and other duties as assigned.
· Project management
- Help drive and work on various project initiatives identified by FinOps leadership.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of project support materials, such as business cases, project plans, tracking documents, meeting notes, status reports, etc.
· Teaming
- Ability to collaborate and interact with all stakeholders across the firm including leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance required, Masters is a plus or an equivalent amount of professional experience working in a matrixed global environment with a minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong finance concepts understanding such as AP/AR, CTC/PTP
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to write technical documentation in a consumable way for end users.
- Ability to synthesize information and business processes into understandable learning, communication, and presentation materials.
- Ability to effectively collaborate in MS Teams with team members and stakeholders to maximize efficiency and version control.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong, collaborative working relationships with professionals at all levels.
- Technical aptitude to quickly learn business processes and solutions.
- Empowered self-starter who is comfortable taking the lead on initiatives, projects, and challenges, while working collaboratively with stakeholders.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with Global Finance team members, internal clients, and all leadership levels.
- Proven capability to drive and create communications that are tailored to diverse levels of audiences including C-suite communications.
- Ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment to manage and respond to ad-hoc requests and proactively anticipate stakeholder needs.

Technology or other requirements:
- Confidence with technology and workflow tools/processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word, Outlook
- Comfortable leveraging SharePoint functionality to store, organize, share, and access information.
- Proficient or hands on exposure to ERP applications; SAP experience preferred.
Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2PM to 11PM
