Assistant Manager – Client Intelligence Reporting (CIR)

Work you will do
Client Reporting and Analysis:
- Strong conceptual understanding in Financial / Management Accounting and Analysis is must.
- Creation of executive-level reports in PPT and Excel, that caters to the request of DTTL and member firm finance leadership and GLCSP teams.
- Accept and be flexible to work on multiple leadership requests
- Develops expertise in using DTTL reporting tools and systems, such as Qlik, SQL, SAP BW, Analysis of office
- Provide analytical insights on dashboards and presentations
- Collaborate with various Technology teams and business teams across the network to ensure accurate and comprehensive data flows to CI and from CI, supporting data quality initiatives.
- Manage the monthly book-closing process and prepare key analysis and reporting packs, providing insightful data and reports to support business operations.
Project Management:
- Help the business leader to drive and work on various project initiatives identified by Global Leadership.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through timely responsiveness, setting expectations and limiting surprises/delays
- Deliver top-notch client service: interact with DTTL professionals at all levels with professionalism, a positive attitude, and a commitment to 100% quality
General Expectations:
- Demonstrate ability/interest in acting as a Trusted Business Adviser to Finance leaders by identifying value-added insight on issues impacting the business
- identify opportunities for automation and lead the implementation of process enhancements.
- Maintain open lines of communication with the team members and US counterparts
- Managing the team mailbox.
- Ensure the business documentation is most updated and set a cadence to regularly review.
- Mentor/ Coach team members
- Proactively manage process operations and ensure seamless Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
Qualifications
Required
- 7 - 9 years of experience in research and analysis
- MBA / Graduates degree in Commerce / Accounting / Business Administration
- Experience in handling multiple Strategic projects along with regular quality check
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint
- Superior written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail, keen interest in data analytics and visualization
- Understanding of data surrounding client engagements and how data is used by account managers
- Strong Change Management Experience, ability to learn and work with multiple systems and tools to analyze and resolve business problems
Preferred
- Outstanding research, analytics, and quantitative aptitude; advanced attention to detail required for success in this role as well as superior communication skills
- Knowledge in VBA, SQL, data visualization tools like PowerBi, Tableau/Qlik Sense preferred
Work location: Hyderabad
Shift timings: 11AM to 8PM or 2PM to 11PM
The Team
The DTTL Global Finance Group supports DTTL and member firms globally with financial reporting, analysis and related strategic projects. You will perform detailed financial analysis, report creation, and support projects being led by the team. The role includes creation of deliverables for executive leadership, so the successful candidate must be highly organized with key eye for detail and be able to quickly respond to leadership ad-hoc requests.
