Executive Manager – Food & Beverage Service

Deloitte Food & Beverage team ensures safe and nutritious food in offices and promotes good health.
Work you’ll do
Responsible for all the Catering service operations at Deloitte. Supervises the food services at Cafeterias of Deloitte. Ensure timely food services by maintaining Compliances, back-end infrastructure, systems and procedures. Supervise food standards for Cafeterias, QSR’s (Quick service restaurants) and Tuck shop services. Plan all operations to support food requirements of all Cafés, Staff Cafeterias, pantries and meeting room food at Deloitte offices. Maintain MIS, drive preventive maintenance and inventories for Food and Beverage section.
Responsibilities:
Operations – Ensure timely food services with high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Periodic review of F&B operations across locations with Office leadership, Business/EA champions, cafeteria committees etc.
- Create infrastructure for timely production of all food items as per agreed quality standards.
- Adherence of process and Quality standards.
- Ensure proper cleanliness and hygienic conditions at kitchen and all food holding areas.
- Define standards for day to-day operations in food and beverage section.
- Ensure timely AMC services for requirements of various Cafeterias.
- Continuous improvement in food services as per suggestions from feedback.
People and Vendor Management –
- Ensure performance measures (SLA’s – Service Level Agreements) for catering company are always followed for smooth catering operation.
- Management and handling response of complaints related to food.
- Ensure highest standards of hygiene of staff working for cafeterias. Maintain their Background clearance and Food handlers medical check records.
- Monitor the upkeep and AMC of the kitchen equipment.
- Full-fill compliances related to cafeterias like Labor compliances, waste disposal and other vendor compliances.
- Training for Staff and contractual employees in all mandatory / statutory & Leadership suggested trainings.
Food Safety Management Systems at Kitchen (HACCP) and Food audits –
- Auditee for internal and external audits in F&B areas.
- Ensure the service provider is managing all requirements towards food safety standards.
- Maintain the training records for kitchen staff as per TNI and training calendars.
- Set standards for performance like 6S and No-Downtime.
Requisite core skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in report writing and making presentations
- Team Player as well as effective Leader with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in dealing with both internal and external customers
- Strong computer skills – Including MS office, Data analytics
- Food safety, FOSTAC, ISO 22000
Qualifications, Experience, Work Location, and Timing
Required:
· Academic qualification: Degree/Postgraduate in Hotel Management / Catering Technology.
· Work experience: At least 10+ years of
· Location: Hyderabad
· Work hours: Office hours as per business needs
